German roach crawled across the lobby floor as I was checking in. Surprisingly there were no roaches seen in the room but the ceiling was flaking and falling everywhere. The chairs in the room were filthy and belonged outside next to the dumpster. They put coffee cups abd plastic cups in the room but there is no coffee maker. The morning of check out I walked the bags to the car and turned around to walk back in the room and my room key didn’t work. My toddler was screaming and couldn’t open the door * had to go to the office, which was closed, and ring a bell for service. The man was quick to help but this should not have even been an issue I had to deal with at 7am! Top floor is rotting out and the plywood looks very dangerous to walk across but I didn’t fall. Someone will though.
The pool had weeds growing up several feet past the top of the pool rim and no water on site.
Location is about a half a mile off the road and round a couple dark corners so it looks questionable driving up to it at night but the lighting outside saved you from feeling like you just entered a horror film.
There are a few cameras up and typical trash and butts littered among the staircases.
Idk if the advertised ice machine worked because there was no ice bucket in the room but who knows.
It’s cheaper to book online than to book at the counter

The room was nasty as there were bugs in our room, the bed was horrible and the drain to the shower would only go down very slowly. One of the maids asked us for money on Saturday stating “until she got paid tomorrow” which happened to be Easter Sunday and knew she would not get paid that day. There were also kids running up and down the hallway and slamming doors. We checked out early because of this. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!

I had rented 2 rooms on the 28th of March. Rooms 105 and 106. I took photos of the condition of room 105. Stains on the walls, bathroom ceiling had stains. Toilet roll holder was missing. Dead bugs were visible in the light. The only positive remark about the room the sheets were clean.
Room 106 was filthly. Some one wiped the mirror and Flat screen with dirty water. Unknown stains on the walls and ceiling. My guests refused to stay in the room. I went back to the clerk and told him about my concerns. The clerk gave me keys to room 110. I went into the room and the lights didn't work. My guests left the property and went to the Hampton across the street. They had to pay $246 for the night.
I told the clerk that I was only paying for one room and the my guests left. In the morning the clerk gave me a receipt for
room 105. I asked the clerk if he charged just the one room, he said yes.
Surprise, three days later 2 charges for $71.00 showed up on my credit card for 2 rooms. I've been attempting to get the charge off my card.
I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Parking was easy
Lights in the room did not work. Bathroom light did work
Tv was ok
The furniture was old and beat up, no chair or table, the floor could have used a mop and broom. Tiny bar a soap. No coffee maker. Mattress was nice except it made loud noises when we moved. The fridge worked. We did not try the microwave.

Lobby was uncapped and dirty room was super dirty bathroom dirty and needed repairs The only clean thing in the room was the bed or I wouldn't have stayed seeing as how it was midnight and I needed a place to sleep I would rate it zero one chair one chair in the room and it was so filthy I wouldn't even put my bag on it I mean it was nasty I have pictures if you're interested
