This hotel was very nice and clean. Breakfast was excellent. One of the best hotel breakfasts we have had. Also, in a nice area. If you want to shop. there is a mall across the road. We will stay here again for sure. One thing I will say is the highway is right beside the hotel and you can hear the traffic. It did not bother us, but I have seen reviews that that was an issue for some people.

Hotel Suite Not Clean / Animals Permitted
Our family has consistently stayed at Hampton hotels for over twenty years and this one was a complete let down. The website photos are not accurate and the description “newly remodeled” cannot be correct. We paid a higher rate for a suite for teen boys to have their own beds. We checked in around 8pm and immediately noticed the room smelled bad, like an animal had recently been in the room. It was so late we turned the air down hoping the circulation would work. My son went to prepare the sleeper sofa to use and pointed out stains all over it. We opened it up and it smelled. We then noticed what was either cat or dog food in the floor. At that point the two boys decided to share a bed and we didn’t even sit on the nasty sofa or use the suite area either night. We do not recommend this location and believe animal friendly rooms should only be sold to guests who request such. We have a child with a health condition / compromised immune system and would never knowingly book a room where an animal previously stayed.

Quick stay on way home from vacation
Overall good stay with friendly and helpful staff. There was significant highway noise but the room and beds were comfortable. Good breakfast as well.

My biggest disappointment with this property was their advertisement of EV charging. I asked the front where the charger was , she didn't know that had one. When I finally found it . It was 2 110v outlets lol. Before keeping that on your website put some more thought into promoting chargers.

staff was very willing to assist within their area of expertise, when we first arrived however not all the shower bottles were refilled in fact one was empty, and the door was difficult to close properly, breakfast was hot or warm where it should be, everything in the room, at the pool, at breakfast and in the lobby, halls and elevator were quite clean, our biggest issue was on our second evening when the internet went done no one had a clue what to do about it, the whole building was out in fact, we checked out a day early since weather affected the event we went to so with no internet, no TV, no fone to service/staff, and no receipt, and so/so cell reception (could be the weather also) we didn't really need to stay over since our trip was just a few hours back home, just to be fair it could be their internet provider that is to blame for the outage (but doesn't really explain the no fone/VoIP), still we went over 24 hours with no net and no update on what or when etc, I guess the local IT expert doesn't do weekends?
