Extended stay powers ferry

Kendrick is the very kind , professional and knowledgeable! The hotel is very clean and all staff go above and beyond . It is in a good area and is great for a short or an extended stay ! Lance and Miyah at the front desk were always very welcoming and kind ! If your looking for a place to stay you have found your spot !

The perfect place to relax

My wife and I visit this location everytime we get downtime in Marietta. We love the atmosphere and the ability to park our semi without issue. The staff from front desk, management, housekeeping and maintenance are all professional, polite and approachable. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. We love being able to prepare our own food so the kitchen is ideal. The hotel is quiet and serene, we rarely hear other tenants or any obnoxious noise. We love this place!

Yuck

Extremely dirty. The guest before us trimmed his beard and there was absolutely no attempt by housekeepers to clean it up. All on the sink and on the counter. I turned on the bathroom sink and it had an extreme clog, with things floating out of the drain. The pillows were flat and yellow. Disgusting place.

I would never stay at this hotel again, nor would I recommend it to anyone.
The property was dirty, poorly maintained, and honestly one of the most unpleasant hotels I've ever stayed in. The common areas and exterior were filthy, there were bugs, no hot water, and the smell of cigarette smoke and marijuana was throughout the property. There was even dog urine on the floor near the entrance.
My room key didn't work for my entire stay. I spent hours waiting for someone to let me into my room because management never resolved the problem. The staff seemed indifferent, and management showed little concern for the inconvenience.
I contacted customer service and was told someone would respond within 48 hours. A few days later, a regional manager called, said he was looking into the issues, and promised to call me back. I'm still waiting for that call.
To make matters worse, I was repeatedly awakened between 4:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. by staff members laughing, talking loudly, and playing podcasts on their phones. Getting a good night's sleep was impossible.
The experience was so unpleasant that I sent all of my clothes to the dry cleaners as soon as I got home. The only positive part of my stay was one young employee who genuinely seemed to care, but he admitted there was nothing he could do to fix the situation.
This hotel made me feel more like I was in a prison than a place of hospitality. I strongly recommend staying somewhere else.
