Great hotel!
Great hotel. Hotel Service is standard. However Piero, pool server was great and very attentive. Thank you!

Great customer service!!
Chris L., at the pool took such good care of us! He was courteous, professional and so nice. I will be back tomorrow and will be asking for him because he was so good to us!

DAY PASS AT NOBU
I went to NOBU for a day pass with my companion for a business meeting. Note this is my very first time using the day pass for that specific location the moment I walked in I was greeted by Joshua who was so kind enough to
Not allow us to wait in such a long line to get the wrist band I truly appreciated him even stepping aside to attend to me and my partner . He was very detailed as to what to do and where to go his service was impeccable which is why I had to find time to sit down and write this review for him because he truly does deserve it and did a wonderful job at making me feel welcome with open arms . Thanks again Joshua I will definitely visit again ! Shout out to Richard , and Pierre at the bar they were very kind bartenders nobu is now on my top go back to list .

Great stay
The hotel was great, very attentive staff, clean, got our rooms next to each other. Hotel is on the beach and there are complimentary beach chairs with the room. Have to buy the umbrella rental though. We did uber to most restaurants. Pool vibe is more lowkey with a lot of children and families. Hard to get chairs at the pool. We had to buy a cabana at the adults only pool to be able to get chairs.
Rosa and Chris L were our servers at the pool and the beach and they were awesome!!

LOVE IT!!!!!
This was my second time returning to this hotel, the first time I was at the Eden Roc during the coldest winter in years! This time it was summer, chill, hot, fun. I had the pleasure of trying their sister property, the Nobu. This was my first time at the Nobu ever. I’ve heard of the restaurant, never the hotel. I enjoyed my time at the Eden roc but the Nobu was something else! From the second I checked in Sean took great care of us. We told him it was our anniversary and we were going on a cruise and he sent us food! I’ve stayed all over the world and attention to detail like that is what makes me want to come back this was my second time at this property but it’s service like that that makes you love a place.. my first time here at Eden ROC was great but this time.. wow. From the second I checked in until I left under the care of Rihanna was something else. I liked the Eden Roc but I really loved the Nobu! We stayed at the pool and Christopher gave us exceptional service and told us which drinks to get. I’ve stayed at properties all over the world, four seasons, Ritz, you name it we’ve been there. The service here matched and surpassed any of that. Im not saying I’ll be back, I know I will! Whatever training the managers gives their employees works! Every staff member I encountered was kind, courteous, and remembered the little details about me that at lesser resorts would have been forgotten. I can’t wait to come back!!!!!
