Perfect

Seaside is a great place to stay at the best price in Miami Beach. I was looking for cheap price for my own place that isn’t a hostel/shared dorm. My suite was amazing- a kitchen, living room and bedroom. Clean and simple. And felt safe. Pool was lovely and not busy, had it all to myself. Close to beach, many stores and food. Perfect. Will stay here again for sure. You got yourself a regular. Only negative- no coffee machine, I wish there were. Or a kettle.
Staff was great- The cute guy working Sunday March 8- thank you!

I ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We had a wonderful stay at Seaside Hotel! The location was excellent, just steps from the beach, and the staff was welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The overall atmosphere was relaxing, making it the perfect place to unwind. We truly enjoyed our experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great beach getaway! 🌊🏖️😊

The Seaside has a quaint courtyard, is close to the beach, walking distance to shops and restaurants. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The most difficult thing was finding the office.
Overall a great stop for pre cruise adventure

Check-in was smooth, even though our flight got delayed they were able to check us in around 3 AM, property was clean too, and location was pretty good too.. just 2 mins walk away from the beach.
But service was VERY POOR.
For 2 people staying for 4 days, they gave just 3 towels, which obviously wouldn’t last for even 2 days.
When I went to the front desk asking for more towels, I was told I have to bring dirty towels downstairs to get replacement. Else wait for 3 days for the cleaning service.
This was the first time in my life I have heard Hotel asking to bring dirty towels down to get replacement towels. Worst thing I ever heard.

Customer service a plus

We stayed in April 2026 and I have nothing but good things to say about it. Me and my family were greeted by a very nice lady at the check in and she was very helpful with explaining the different hotel features and where to go. Although the pool is not on property, it is a walking distance from the main building. Rooms are ok, although they need a little upgrade. When asked for extra towels or cooking utensils, we were given without hesitation. The female receptionist , I think her name was Ursula went the extra mile getting us a corkscrew from another place, because there was none at the front desk. Overall good experience. I would definetely stay here again!!
