Perfect
Barbara was amazing, she was very helpful and went out of her way to help, two nights in a row.. & the security , both were very very helpful, the hotel is very clean and organised . With a beautiful pool and gym facilities and in a very convenient area. Bar staff were also helpful and let me watch the football .

Awful. Advise against staying.
Great location, but the only thing good about the hotel.
Firstly, when checking in we were given no information on breakfast, where the pool was, gym, anything. Stayed in a suite which was meant for 4 people and were given one bed and only 2 towels. The safe was locked on arrival and we had to ask twice for it to be unlocked meaning we had to go out with our valuables just in our room. There was also an inch gap in the ceiling which doesn't fill you with confidence or make you feel secure.
Then there was the service. We were given two welcome drink vouchers on arrival. After then having to ask a separate time where these could be redeemed we were told the pool side bar and I explicitly confirmed the opening times with the reception desk. Later on, we went to redeem our drinks and not only did our key cards not give us access we had to travel back down to lobby to be told they had closed the bar early but we could use them in the downstairs bar. Youd think this would be a good thing! After being left waiting for around 10mins standing at the bar (bearing in mind there were only three other parties in the restaurant) I politely said hello to the bartender who abruptly and rudely said something in reply, and that's being polite as he didn't even pay me attention to respond meaningfully. After eventually coming over, I was given my drink. The diet coke was flat and the beer was tasteless but as the night was , probably the best thing about it.
As we went to ask reception about breakfast times and any information on it. There was a long queue so I thought I'd ask the bartender. I stood at the bar holding my two year old child, the bartender ignored me to change the channel of the TV and then looked at my in the eye twice before walking off to the kitchen, blanking me. I therefore walked down to the kitchen saying "excuse me" progressively louder, I eventually caught him whilst he was standing in the kitchen. Although he was literally doing nothing, I was told he would be with a minute and to wait at the bar. At this point, I walked off. I've NEVER had such rude and bad service in any hotel or restaurant before. Utterly appalling.

While we are pleased that you enjoyed our location and found the bed comfortable, we are genuinely sorry that so many aspects of your stay fell short of expectations. We sincerely apologize for the lack of information provided at check-in regarding our breakfast, pool, gym, and other amenities. We also understand how frustrating it must have been to arrive to a locked safe, have to follow up more than once, and encounter a concern with the ceiling in your suite. These are not the experiences we want our guests to have, and your comments have been shared with our team for review and follow-up. We are equally disappointed by the confusion surrounding the welcome drink vouchers and the pool bar's operating hours. Having been given one set of information and then finding the bar closed early understandably created unnecessary frustration. Most importantly, we are very sorry about the interaction you experienced with our restaurant/bar team, particularly while you were holding your two-year-old child. You should have received attentive, courteous service, and being ignored or made to wait is certainly not the standard we expect from our colleagues. We will be addressing this feedback with the appropriate team. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. Your feedback gives us an opportunity to identify where communication, service, and operational follow-through need to improve. Great hotel
The hotel is very well located, the apartments are very well structured, you have washing and drying machines, refrigerator, dining table, dishwasher. Perfect location in Miami to take a cruise. Hotel with high technology but different for Latinos.
It is a different hotel concept designed to spend as little time as possible in the room due to its layout.
