Do not spend your money on this place. It is not worth it.

You Facility Stinks. I will never stay there again in the future.
I have never experienced such a place in all my life.
Refund my money.

First of all we do not appreciate this fabrication of our property due to your misunderstanding on how housekeeping service works. You requested stayover service at 5:30pm, which is well after the time that the housekeeping staff already left for the day and demanded that either your room to be cleaned or a full refund of your first night. Also, you wanted to checkout out at that time, well past the standard time of 12:00pm, without being charged for another night, with the hotel being sold out on that night. Unfortunately, it does not work like that. Hyatt Place properties do not clean all stayovers every day, unless requested. Our front desk staff did provide you with fresh towels at that time, and did make sure you received housekeeping service the following day as well, which you did receive! Honestly if the place was so terrible as indicated, why on earth would you have stayed a third night? You were rude to our staff, especially on 2nd shift with your demands and your dishonesty is not appreciated, and you are not welcomed back anytime soon!

Old and getting older.

Heads up - this place is outdated and feels super old. Lots of door dings, outdated finishes, and tons of evidence of “hard living” - wear and tear is everywhere.

Thank you for sharing this recent sub-par experience at the Hyatt Place Milwaukee Airport Hotel. We're sorry that we couldn't get you into one of our newly renovated rooms on the high floor. Starting this fall, the remaining hotel rooms, including the one you had stayed in, will also be renovated. Once this renovation process is completed early next year we would love to welcome you back to a much more up-to-date Hyatt Place property. Once again, thank you for sharing all this feedback and we hope to have you back in the near future!

Hyatt Place Milwaukee Airport- Didn’t live up to expectations

This hotel is in need of a major renovation. The Wi-Fi was nonexistent, the bathroom had a very musty smell and there were no outlets to charge phone/tablet.
The curtains were dinghy and dirty and the air conditioning barely worked

There was ants and pinched bugs in my room. The child above me jumped all night making sleep difficult. Did call desk but they kept jumping. The tv is too far on one side of the room making it hard to hear from far side bed . No outlets close to bed to charge electronics and use at same time.
Tried to buy drinks at desk and they had very limited choices. Dont know if I would stay again or recommend

This hotel looks great from the outside. The staff was absolutely fantastic. But the room conditions were not good. We had roaches in our shower. The last thing anyone needs is to have a roach get in their luggage and take it back home.
