GRand Hyatt Nashville
We typically stay at Hyatts if we have the option when we travel and had not yet tried the Grand Hyatt in Nashville. We were in town for a concert and were impressed from our check-in with Sabina - new but polished and professional to working with Adam the Front End Manager, who was able to grant us an early check in and take a few minutes to explain the property. It’s a great property well located for the Whiskey Row events and Roman auditorium. Multiple seating areas and food areas - all high quality and designed to ENGAGE guests. That stood out to me as most hotels work to give you privacy of sorts but this hotel had energetic staff in all areas and we felt we could stay there and hang out and listen to music, grab a bite, see people and relax both before and after our events scheduled off property.
The management team has recruited a good energy staff so it felt much more inviting and less sterile. Will definitely return.

Top Notch Hotel
Gorgeous hotel in a great location. Front desk staff was great and went above/beyond. Awesome selection of bars/restaurants on-site including fabulous roof top bar on 25th floor. Rooms and views cant be beat
