CAN'T REMEMBER THE RECEPTIONIST NAME THAT WAS THERE THAT NIGHT BUT SHE WAS FRIENDLY AND AMAZING. ROOMS WERE BEAUTIFUL AND CLEAN. WOULD MOST DEFINITELY RECOMMEND.

Bad experience/No Amenities on site

I'm not sure if this hotel is going through some sort of transition or sell, but I was just a guest June 11-14th, 2026, The room itself was nice...BUUUTTTT there were no lights in hallway of room, no phone services to contact lobby, if needing new towels or any emergencies and I was on the 14th floor. I had to literally go down to the lobby to request fresh towels or inform them of issues. No ice machine on floors, No microwave in room. However, there was a small one on 2nd Fl, lounge area, so small, I had to take my cup of coffee, top off to put into the microwave in order to heat it up. That coffee come from a coffee shop down the street. Also had to go to Lobby, and they handed out bags of ice...SMH. No TV/Wi-Fi was Not working. No restaurants open on site. Even though My brother book because of roof top Bar on Site. The elevator got stuck between floors, Low staff, barley saw anyone working. I asked for someone to come look at TV for 2 days, to my knowledge, no one came even though I waited in my room for a couple of hours. Front desk said they'll send someone right up. No one came. No Pool to relax by. Bathroom door didn't close all the way. There were (2) holes in my bathroom wall, as if someone drilled a hole. I was uncomfortable with that, being someone could've had a hidden camera...yawl know how things happened in hotel rooms these days. To make me feel safe, I covered the holes with tissue. Finally, if all the above wasn't enough. I requested a printed receipt at check out, lady said it will be emailed to me, I've arrived back home, still No receipts 5hours later. Iv'e tried to call front desk but keep getting a busy signal...would NOT Recommend until they truly inform quest of their issues, prior to their arrival. The only thing is there are a lot of restaurants in the area to go to. But if you want to relax, you can't even watch TV. I would like a Refund.

I’m really not the person to talk down on a place but I’ve 1 of the worst times in New Orleans with this place. For 1 me and my wife got there late Friday checked in there wasn’t any valet. So I asked the person at the front desk where can I park my car. She pointed across the street and on the side. She told me that the gate does close at 11 so we was like cool, me and my wife was hungry, haven’t eaten all day cause we coming to New Orleans the food capital. So we get something to eat come back to the room lay down. I wake up in the middle of the night turn the TV on none of the channels are available. So I call to the front desk and ask about the problem and they send the Maintenance man up. He couldn’t get it to work so he asked if we would like to switch rooms I said yea. He tried to put me in a room with 2 twins. I told them No. So they told me we have a room on the 14 floor which I was on the 16th floor. I get to the room the keys don’t work. Got them to come up and they couldn’t get it to open. So now I’m pissed I’m a big football fan didn’t get to watch any football. Only for my wife say let’s go to a sports bar only to come outside to my car with a boot on it. Claiming I didn’t get a ticket, which I’m thinking it was the Hotel parking lot. Had to pay additional $150 to get it off. I’ll never be back

Nothing was opened as in bar restaurant I’ve machine etc it also stated that it had vallet parking and they did not have that! The good is the room itself was very nice and walking distance to everything

It’s a very nice and clean hotels but the only problem we had was every night they didn’t have all of the towels we needed they only had big ones. And due to redoing the hotel they had most parts closed off
