Staff very friendly! Rooms have a kitchenette but no utensils, dishes, cookware, etc which is odd. Very bright lights in parking lot shine through blinds all night. Had to request a housekeeper to remove a big hairball from the shower drain.

This place sucks !!!

This is the worst stay of my life. The AC is noisy but doesn’t cool. A clammy feeling in all the rooms. Looks like it is 20 plus years old but is less than one year old. Shower was not clean, multiple jacked up places on the walls. There is no way to have any reading light - either lights off or enough light to do brain surgery.
Front desk chic was coughing into her hand and then handling room cards, driver license and credit cards. Coughing into the crook of your arm has apparently not made it to Oak Ridge yet. I literally washed my DL and key cards with hot water and soap when I got to my third clammy room after two changes to no avail.
DO NOT STAY HERE !!!

New but not the best Marriott

We booked this hotel because it looked nice and like the newest hotel in town. We traveled with two couples so we booked two rooms. I will say the staff were very nice and tried to help. First room, the bed was not clean, a big (looked like blood) stain close to the top of the bed. Second couples room, the bedding was dirty and bathroom had not been cleaned. We tried changing rooms but they were completely booked. We did not stay. This hotel has great potential to be a really nice hotel but needs more cleaning staff. I rarely leave reviews but felt I should let you know, it is new but certainly not being kept up.

Never Rent Here Weekly/monthly and Don't Spend the Night Either!

Me and my fiance stay there for a couple months and our experience was bad. Because, the hotel management try charging his cards a couple of times without permission. The hotel staff said they "Took his cards off the system after paying" which was a complete lied by them. Our rate weekly was at $430.30 than went down too $393.30 every week because we been paying weekly. Than the new manager came and said that my own fiance owned $500 weekly now. And, we could leave and paid nothing or stay to pay the $500. But, we left before 1PM in the afternoon and charged his card $500 anyway without his consent. I highly suggest that no one rents here weekly or monthly because they are all liars and will say that they took the card off but didn't. The staff is very rude too people and are not honest to anyone. Please avoid this hotel at all costs and never rent here at all because they are liars.

They so not carry ice. You have to ask for a hair dryer or iron and ironing board. You get a tiny bar of soap to use between the sink and shower. You provide everything you need. They provide nothing. Expensive to not get anything.
