Nice hotel good rooms good breakfast good service for a reasonable price. Just a pity you have to pay parking

Price quality very good.
Good breakfast reasonable rooms
Air conditioning a bit too loud but works well.
Too bad you have to pay for parking that is a bit unnecessary.

You get what you pay for. Bed was comfortable and served its purpose. I was only there for one night, needed a place to crash after the parks. Room itself was incredibly damp. They had a humidifier attached to the A/C and everything in the room, sheets, towels carpet actually felt damp to the touch.

10 – You get what you pay for
If you are looking for a hotel to spend a lot of time in, I would not recommend this place. But if you just need somewhere to sleep after a long and exhausting day at the parks, and you are not expecting much, it can do the job.
Unfortunately, my room had several issues. There were cockroaches, the air conditioning was very noisy, and the room was not very clean when I arrived. There was also a noticeable damp/musty smell. The overall condition of the room could definitely be improved.
The beds, however, were okay and comfortable enough to get a good night’s sleep after a long and tiring day at the parks.
On the positive side, if you ask for housekeeping, they do come and clean the room. The staff was also very helpful and friendly. Orlando, who was taking care of the breakfast restaurant, was especially nice, attentive, and always making sure the guests had everything they needed.
The swimming pool was a nice plus, especially after spending a long day at the parks, and the included breakfast was definitely helpful and convenient.
The hotel shuttle was also quite convenient, but there is an important thing to know: it only takes you to EPCOT. From there, you have to use Disney transportation to get to Hollywood Studios or the other parks. So keep that in mind when planning your day.
Overall, I would give this hotel 3 out of 10. It is okay if you simply need an inexpensive place to sleep after spending all day at the parks, but don’t expec

The hotel itself was nice. Clean pool, nice staff. The cleanliness of the room could have been better, we found a receipt from a previous guest under our pillow when going to sleep, and the walls and doors were a bit grimy. All in all, it’s a decent place to have a quick stay if you need to rest your head. If you’re lucky, depending on the room you get, you’ll get a great, clear view of the Disney fireworks show.

TERRIBLE

I wouldn’t even give this place a one star review. If it’s not because I need to leave this review. I checked in but I couldn’t even sleep one night here after seeing the conditions of the rooms. Overall the lobby its self was not the cleanest, the couches have visual stains. It’s evident they do NOT keep up with their cleaning. Upon entering the first room given the bed sheets were full of white dust! And the room smelt like mold. I told Chris the manager, which he offered to give me a second room. Upon checking the second room it probably was even worse, the same mold smell and there was hair on the sheets dead bugs on the room curtain. And the room floor was sticky,
Nothing about this room was going to be a comfortable stay for my family and I. Unpon telling Chris I couldn’t stay in this hotel. As we didn’t eat at this location at all but upon inspection the breakfast, honestly it was truly very basic. Everything is out dated.
the Worst thing about this was not only did I mention to Chris the manager that we couldn’t stay because of the conditions of the moldy smell. He went back and forth with me and my booking company, ( credit card company) he lied to me and my agent both. To my he said he would refund me my money and to my agent he would say something completely different, he had me waiting in the Lobby for an HOUR, trying to get my refund on the stay but he said he wouldn’t give me anything which i left empty handed because he was unwilling. ALL this truly put a bad start to our vacation.
ANOTHER THING! Parents do not stay here with young adult women. Do NOT STAY HERE AT ALL
My younger sister was talked to inappropriately by one of the breakfast cooks!
This place is worth no one’s money!
