Favorite place in Phoenix

Very nice design hotel with great rooms, impressive art exhibition and very friendly staff. The restaurant is excellent. Gym unfortunately small and with little weight equipment. Perfect location to Roosevelt Row and Metro, Downtown within walking distance. Free parking in front of the hotel if a space is available.

Dirty. Perhaps they should consider focusing on cleaning rather than selling art

Above all else a hotel should be clean. I don't care how hip or passé industrial style the hotel is, none of that means anything if is grimy. From the minute I walked in my room And notice the exterior door was dirty and repulsive mold in every part of the shower, to dirt on every ledge and every surface, smudged windows, and traces of past guests' spills, this place is such a let down. Even the common areas are dirty - dirty bathroom fixtures and a dirty bar in the restaurant (which I wiped up with my napkin because the rag the bartender offered to clean it with look at those and used to clean tires of my car). Housekeeping set clean such obvious things, do you really think that they're actually wiping down the doorknob of the bathroom that previous guest put his hands on after going to the bathroom?

Great stay and super spacious and clean rooms. Self parking options aren’t great however but was offered valet.

This hotel is funky in the best sense of the word! From the moment you walk in the main entrance and see Burt Reynold’s Cosmopolitan spread behind the registration desk, you know this is not your ordinary hotel. The staff were all so friendly! Around every corridor and shared spaces, there is local artists’ works adorning the walls. The bed was super comfortable and the shower had an unusual feature for you to discover. Highly recommend this location, especially if you plan to attend a show at the Phoenix Theatre.

Our short little staycation was perfect at the Found:re. The hotel was trendy, clean, and Fun. We loved the food downstairs and the room layout was fun and creative. Might be my new spot for staycations.
