The person that greeted me and checked me in, was very nice and expressed a willingness to help with anything that I needed. The only thing that I thought could be better was that they could’ve had a little notepads in a room for me to write on. Overall, it was a good stay.

Fine

We were there 7/28/2026 in room 123 everything very clean it had roll in shower no shower seat and no place to put soap in shower and clock did not work just a couple minor things breakfast was hot and good this is our place to stay when in town

Staff at this hotel were very pleasant and our stay was better than expected. We originally thought they only offered a continental breakfast - that was wrong! They had a hot fresh breakfast every day and the food was excellent! There was one person working breakfast and she never let anything run out despite how many people were eating. They left fruit and cereal out all day so you can have some if you wanted. I loved this for my picky child who only wanted cereal to eat. We have never stayed at an AmericInn before and were prepared to be disappointed, needless to say we were not disappointed at all. Our only set back were the rooms were a little on the smaller side for the 4 of us but we figured it out and our stay was absolutely perfect! The water pressure in the shower was amazing! If we are in the area again we will choose this hotel. This particular trip brought us to Stevens Point due to a soccer tournament. To close - excellent, excellent, excellent customer service! Keep up the great work!

Good hotel for the price.

This hotel was clean, friendly and reasonably priced. The parking was great. The pool appeared clean. Breakfast was simple but nice.

Hotel was clean and comfortable and the bathroom is starting to get dated. I never understand why Hotels put in Tub/Shower units when a nice shower unit would be better.
