Went beyond their job to ensure I was accommodated

Chris and Danielle were very helpful and sweet for making sure I was comfortable and made me felt like I belonged the pool and fitness room hits the right spot .They did a wonderful job at making my stay with my furbabies happy and safe thanks guys

Terrible Hotel / Quality Inn Seaman

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the area. When we arrived at the hotel for check in, the front desk worker was smoking marijuana. There were also dogs running around the hotel not contained and were barking at us non stop. We ended up leaving in the middle of the night because we found cockroaches in our room and the air conditioning unit was growing mold/mildew.

Nice Staff, but Overwhelming Cigarette Smell

Needed a place to stop on a long drive and chose this based on its location and a 3.5-star average. Probably should have kept driving. Looking closer, most positive reviews are either pre-2016 or recent single-review accounts.
Pros:
- The staff members were polite.
- The bed was reasonably comfortable.
Cons:
- Odor: Strong cigarette smell saturated the room and bedding despite no-smoking signs. The stairwell smelled heavily of marijuana.
- Privacy & Amenities: No elevator. The window blinds were too short, leaving a 4-inch gap exposed at the bottom of the window.
- Pricing: Seems overpriced for what it is. You’re basically paying a premium ($100/night) because there isn’t any competition around.
The staff's kindness is appreciated, but the maintenance and odor issues make it hard to recommend.

Worse hotel I ever brought my family to - disgusting! How does this still have approval or recommendation on HOTELS app. Dirty, questionable characters and actions occurring in premises. My wife’s exact words, “this is kinda place human trafficking occurs”.
Pictures did not match AT ALLLLL the condition of this property. Sleeping in your car, at a Walmart parking lot is better.

It has an outdoor pool as a plus although I didn’t have a chance to see it because I wasn’t going to be using it. Sounded good. Don’t bother with breakfast. Room was dirty. Even the sheets on one bed was dirty.
I’ve stayed there before but it’s mostly men who are working in the area (laborers which are much needed) but that’s what the place looks like now. Great for them. Not so much for a traveler.
