Room was semi clean. Hairs in showers but beds and floors were clean. We stayed 4 nights and did not have house keeping one time. We had to walk to the front desk for fresh towels.
The resort did have beach chairs which were great.
The front desk was extremely hard to find when arriving. Needs better signs

Disappointing Stay

I would not recommend Tropical Breeze Resort for your stay while in Siesta. We traveled there July 13th- July 18th. Upon arrival, we had no hand towels, washcloths, kitchen towels, bathroom rugs, nor dishwasher pods. I called a total of 5 times during the week requesting these items and we never received them.
- We did not have housekeeping at all during our 5 night, 4 day stay even though the room description on the website advertises daily housekeeping. We had to go out and buy dishwasher pods as well as extra trash bags for the kitchen because there were not any extra when we emptied the trash. We also had to use dirty bath towels on the floors of the bathrooms since there were no bath rugs. This was a concern since I have a daughter with Down syndrome who is very unstable and the bath towels would slide and move when stepping on them.
- Our room description advertised a full kitchen, yet we had one small pot, no cookie sheets (we borrowed these from my sister’s unit), no measuring cups, no toaster, and no larger mixing bowls of any kind to cook for 7 people. My sister’s unit had 3 forks and 3 knives for 5 people. She had no pots and had to borrow ours.
- Half of the outlets in the front bedroom with the bunk beds did not work which was frustrating because my daughter with Down syndrome uses a Cpap which needs to be plugged in and she stayed in the front room.
- I called and asked to speak to a manager the morning of Friday, July 17th. I had to call back on Tuesday, July 21st to request to speak to the manager again because I did not get a return call.
- All we were offered as a result of our disappointing stay was 20% off the next time we book, which means nothing given that you can watch for sales and get 20% off anytime.

Location was great, room was clean. Staff was unfriendly, not helpful and rude. We did not receive towels and asked each day for 3 days and did not receive any until the night before check out.

Is all about location, Staff was really nice and helpful, the unit we stayed on was NOT very clean and it looked bigger in pictures.
Walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops, the area is really nice and safe, price was average for the area and season.

Don’t stay here

This place was such a disappointment. The pictures on the website are deceptive. When we first walked in it seemed ok, but we were stopped short. It was way smaller than advertised. The dishes were dirty with food on them—- and no soap, sponge or dishwasher pods to clean them with. there were no items to cook with except 2 pans and a knife. The drawers were full of crumbs. There was one tiny light in the kitchen to cook in the evening, we had to also use our phone lights. This was supposed to be a full kitchen! The couch was visibly dirty, there was no grill. The shower was dirty and the back of the bathroom door had black hair all over it. The beds were sandy!! We asked at least a half dozen times for items, housekeeping, and the manager. They finally sent someone over to do a “deep clean” which was a bathroom wipe down, a toilet brushing, and sweeping. No linens were ever changed the entire 4 nights we were there, even after we asked and our travel agent called. The main pool was scathing hot like a hot tub and they said its because it was so hot outside but the other pool we tried was fine(just like the pools at Disney that were refreshing and sitting in the sun). The front desk girls were less than helpful and the new manager Andy was elusive. My husband finally got a hold of him and he agreed the place was left “a mess” for him, as he had just taken over after the last manager jumped ship. We and our agent called multiple times and requested a first- night refund; initially one of the front desk girls said they gave the ok but we’ve heard nothing. For the money they charged they should be ashamed of themselves. The location is ideal but all I could give it on a positive note. Do NOT stay here.
