Friendly staff, quiet hotel

Good stay, friendly staff! Asked for a quiet second floor room away from the road and they gave me one. Good view of the hillside above the hotel. Liked listening to the rain.
I received a breakfast coupon when I checked in and used it the next morning. Liked the steamed egg dish. You have to ask the staff for cereal, decaf coffee, or hot water

The hotel looks like it was refurbished but to a minimum. Not enough counter space in bathroom. Old fixtures. The bed was to hard and had tiny euro pillows. Breakfast although they would make you an omelet there was no ( not even instant pkgs) oatmeal or yogurt. It's convenient to shopping,freeway, and some restaurants. I dont think we will stay again. Beware no elevator to second floor!!

Well, unfortunately my experience wasn't very pleasant, firstly because when we arrived they registered us with keys that had already been assigned to other guests, and well, we went through that embarrassing moment. Then, after they gave us the wrong keys, supposedly the nightstand in room 123 had rotted wood and gave the space a very bad appearance overall. And well, now this room is literally located right in front of an ice machine which makes a lot of constant noise, and we couldn't rest the first night. So, the next day we asked to move to another room, and they assigned us another one.

No elevator so carrying the suitcases was tough, room was nice and comfortable! The only bad thing was the staff at the breakfast are, those guys were very rude and not friendly at all! They literally would yell at you like they were mad. My message to them would be if you are not happy working in the hospitality industry then go work at Walmart!!

Super clean and nice lobby, staff was super friendly. They provide basic necessities in the room such as shampoo, conditioner, lotion and soap and you can ask for other things like toothpaste and razors etc. The rooms are definitely dated, the bathrooms aren’t the greatest: the lock on the bathroom door didn’t work, there was rust stains on the hardware, the sink faucet didn’t quite reach over the sink so water got everywhere each time we ran it, and the toilet kept running until you had to jiggle the handle. That being said, the shower worked just fine and it was clean.
It smelled like chemicals in the room which bothered us the whole time. But on the positive there was a fridge and microwave, the A/C unit worked great and it was soooooo spacious!!
They put us in a room where our door had a hallway because I was traveling without my husband with my kids and that was so nice! They said they do this for solo travelers and kids often.
Breakfast was great! It is unfortunate you have to sit and eat it there, but nothing that deserves a complaint.
The pool looked very clean and well maintained, I wish we could have utilized it while we were there! They have really pretty water feature in the courtyard by the pool where the outdoor seating area is that was very peaceful as well.
Overall a good stay and despite the cons I would absolutely stay there again!! It doesn’t have that motel vibe once you’re inside the building and that is really nice!
