The place is really nice next to a lake. The pool is very clean and inviting. The room was comfortable with a nice TV, microwave, and refrigerator. We loved that our dogs were welcomed and we were able to enjoy our time in Tavares and Mt.Dora.

DO NOT BOTHER THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.
We went to Eustis Florida for a wedding, since we had not been there before and did not know the area. The wedding venue suggested staying at Inn on the Green. We reserved a room using the motels website. We checked in late afternoon and went to the room with just enough time to change and leave for the wedding. I did contact the desk to ask for more pillows, we had to wait while they called someone, housekeeping was not onsite. Made it to the wedding just in time. We returned from the reception after 10 p.m. that night.
That’s when we realized just how bad this room and this motel was.
There was only one old wooden dining chair in the room to sit on.
Once we got the TV to work only a third of the screen was viewable.
There is a locked closet that has several wires form under the door going across the floor to the baseboard on other walls.
The toilet was extremely low like those used in an elementary school. The handicap rail is mounted behind the commode which is of no use at all.
The vanity is broken and painted over with mold in the tile seams.
The paint is flaking off the walls, the mirrors and other surfaces were not clean. The floors have not been cleaned because the bottoms of your feet turn black when you walked across the room barefoot. There is mold on the bathroom door, floor and shower tile.
Because of the late hour there was no reason to try and even contact the office. Which looked like it was closed for the night. If someone was available they may have just offered to send us to another room which based on the condition of the building would have been just as bad. It was too late at night to try and find other accommodations and we were too tired to start our drive home. So we made the best of it by trying to sleep on a lumpy bed which leaned towards the wall. After a few hours we packed up left at 4:00 in the morning. Now I have learned my lesson, always work with a company like TripAdvisor and not the individual Motel. I’m sure I would have got better rates and I would have been able to read the reviews ahead of time. I’m still learning things in my old age.

Grateful to have a room
When you take a shower and you walk on the floor your feet get dirty again. I had to wash my feet after I got out of the shower. If you stay here, don't stay where the street is located.And make sure if you don't smoke, don't stay in a smoking room. I've never stayed in the smoky movie before and your clothes smell like smoke when you get up.
The staff was very pleasant in the rooms were pretty full in the area.So I appreciate just getting a room.

Pool didn’t work , room smelled like cigarettes and shady people on property, needless to say we left and booked somewhere else

Very basic, bit tired. No hot water.
Continental breakfast was a packet of 3 small donuts. My husband is diabetic and he couldn’t eat them. Coffee and a kettle for tea.
We had to find somewhere to eat which was an added extra cost.
