IGNORE EVERY NEGATIVE REVIEW AND READ THIS ONE
PROS:
- huge modern pool, tons of seating, ample towels, large hot tub
- a gym worthy of a membership with TRX, med balls, 5 cardio machines, two benches, 6 racks of free weights, and a multi-use machine
- cafe style breakfast with fluffy frittatas, gourmet breakfast sandwiches, ample selection of muffins and juices, 10 toppings for yogurt, a huge seating area, and friendly helpful staff
- generous size room and bathroom
- free ample parking
- location is across from retail stores like Target, CVS, H&M, DWS, etc and 5 min from ASU
- working laundry machines on premise (I can't remember when I last saw this!)
- social lobby and restaurant with Happy Hour specials, yummy food options, and they even had a live band Friday afternoon in the courtyard!
- The staff- helpful, so friendly, and always around
CON:
- the only thing I would note is that the AC unit can be loud when on high- but for those who like the room cold it can be turned very cold!

Exceptional Service and Hospitality — Exceeded My Expectations
From the moment I checked in, Cameron provided a warm welcome and made the process very smooth. He explained everything clearly and made sure I had all the information I needed.
Later, my son and I had dinner at the bar, where Josh went above and beyond to take care of us. He was attentive throughout the evening and continued checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. The food was delicious and high quality. I also really appreciated the wireless cellphone charger built into the bar table — a very thoughtful and convenient touch.
The room was extremely clean, well maintained, and in impeccable condition. Everything was in proper working order, and the bed was very comfortable, comparable to what I have experienced at other Marriott, Sheraton, and W properties.
I also interacted with the night auditor when I needed a duplicate room key. He was very pleasant, professional, and helpful. The following morning, while sitting in the lobby, I observed several guests checking out and was especially impressed to see him consistently providing the same friendly and attentive service to every guest. That kind of genuine hospitality and consistency is becoming harder to find.
The breakfast experience also impressed me. The breakfast area was very clean, well maintained, and kept organized throughout the morning. The team was constantly monitoring the buffet and replenishing fresh items as soon as something started running low. There was an excellent variety of choices, including many healthy breakfast options, as well as plenty of selections for guests who prefer a more traditional or larger breakfast. I am personally not a big breakfast eater, but I was very impressed by the quality, freshness, cleanliness, and variety available.
Having worked as a hospitality executive for more than 22 years, I naturally notice the small details, service standards, cleanliness, and overall condition of a hotel. I was genuinely impressed with this property and, more importantly, with the consistency of service provided by the team.
This was my first time staying at a Fairfield Inn, as I normally stay at Marriott, Sheraton, or W properties, and I can honestly say I did not feel there was any compromise in the quality
