Excellent choice for Manhattan.

Excellent stay at this establishment. Perfectly located for exploring Manhattan, it is situated close to all public transportation, and within walking distance of many places to visit.
The hotel itself is extremely well maintained, everything is perfectly clean. The rooms are also impeccable. Very good soundproofing, although you can still hear the street noise, which is perpetual in New York, but of all the hotels I have stayed at here, it is the quietest so far. Excellent bedding, which improves the experience.
Friendly staff for the most part, indifferent for others... We are in a large establishment, no personalization, despite platinum status at Accor...
In summary, I would return here with pleasure if the opportunity arises!!!

Centrally located, with spacious rooms and good facilities. Will definitely stay again when we come back to NYC.

Great location if u want to be in the heart of Times Square. Hotel is very clean, provides a coffee maker, id you need slippers, robed and tooth brush and toothpaste complimentary. Bottled water also provided with a small cooler in the room. Has a restaurant, and the service and especially the valet service was amazing. David the valet guy was on top of it, and very informative. You will not be disappointed at all. Highly recommend this property and all hard rock properties.

I would recommend the Hard Rock hotel and restaurant. Augustus was awesome as our waiter on 9/5/26

We were welcomed with open arms in the hotel. Room was perfect. Our favorite waiter Augustus was amazing. The best we’ve ever had.

The rooms are tight, but the beds are nice (ask for more pillows because the standard ones on the bed are wimpy), location is good, within a 5 min walk to multiple subway stations. sound proofing is great (we were not facing the street, and we did hear people facing the street heard way more outside noise). The restaurant is a skip. We paid for breakfast one morning à la carte as we did not want to participate in the buffet. The food was not great and the charge was $140 for 4 people with no alcohol or anything crazy. Would not eat breakfast there again. The rooftop bar is fun! Every staff member was great!
