Perfect stay for one night! The hotel was clean, the beds were super comfortable, and the staff was very nice and helpful. Parking was easy and especially convenient for guests with disabilities. Everything was comfortable and hassle-free. I would definitely stay here again!

Awful. See picture, they speak for themselves. No cooperation from hotel. Ignored messages. Don’t go. Unsafe

Filthy, scary, bad service. You’re crazy if you go here! Paid for queen beds w/balcony. Didn’t get. I should get a refund just for that, but that wasn’t the worst part. Hotel immediately on check in sent a text that says if you need anything respond to that message. I did. I messaged all night long and no one responded. When the bar in, and connected to hotel closed at 1:30 am all hell broke loose. Lots of screaming and yelling. It lasted all night long. Common sense, you don’t put a family near this bar. The pool.., MOLD! House keeping don’t know what windex is. That’s not surface dirt, that’s build up thick grime. I think the only pool cleaning they do is to dump more chlorine in the water because it is potent. Extra warning, if the pillow cases smell like old cologne run! And the non smoking area had my allergies a mess. If you’re allergic to smoke you know people are smoking. Paid for the weekend. We left in the morning. Hotel refuses to give money back or even acknowledge us. Speaking of staff only one hotel person seemed to know we existed. Older lady, name Laurie seemed pleasant. We were invisible to everyone else. I’ve been talking to booking.com and the Wyndham Co suggesting they disassociate with this hotel immediately. This hotel should not carry the Wyndham name, booking.com should not be affiliated or accept reservations for this hotel at all. Anyone else who has same issue you should also contact them. Immediately.
And message to the hotel, ignoring problems don’t make them go away.

My stay at Howard Johnson's was very comfortable. The staff was great. The room was clean. No problem with the parking. And I love Christopher's pub. Great food.

we were in a pet friendly room the was clean but dated the toilet seat was loose and so was the toilet seat. The beds were squeaky but comfortable.

This hotel was beyond extremely disappointing. When we entered our room, there was a very strong, unpleasant odor. It spelled of dirty towels and BO and really strong cleaning products that were trying to hide the smells. The floors were dirty, There appeared to be mold on the walls, the curtains were broken and hanging off and several items in the room had visible rust. My handicapped mother went to sit on a chair while I called hotels.com and she almost fell because the chair was broken. The overall condition and cleanliness of the room made us uncomfortable staying there.
After seeing the condition of the room, we decided to check out immediately rather than stay. I explained the issues and requested a refund since we did not stay, but they refused to refund our money. They were so rude and told us they didn't care.
We also saw people openly smoking marijuana outside the property, which added to our discomfort with the overall environment. (I had my 11 year old daughter with me)
I understand that hotels can vary in age and appearance, but basic cleanliness and maintenance should be expected. I was especially disappointed that, after bringing these concerns to their attention and checking out right away, we were still refused a refund.
Based on our experience, I would not recommend this hotel. I truly wish management had handled the situation differently.
