Super friendly staff! The staff was amazing very friendly and customer service friendly!

The staff were professional and kind! The breakfast was descent and the lobby was very nice. The beds are so comfortable. The location was perfect for the rooftop party I was going to next door. The rates were great for a holiday weekend but I did book early. The only problem I had was my room did not get cleaned but I also no hotels are not cleaning everyday now due to staff shortages but I saw a housekeeper in the hallway and she gave me some extra wash clothes
I will stay here again if I am in the area!

Bed bugs and Bad Management

BED BUGS and poor service/zero remedy offered by terrible management. I stayed from 6/21/26-6/24/26 in room 408. I prepaid till 6/25/26, but left immediately after confirming after spending hours in urgent care that I was covered in bed bugs and having an allergic reaction. I texted Mery at the front desk as soon as it was confirmed asking to have the room searched for bugs, explaining the situation. I sent pictures of the bites on my face, all over my arms, my back and my butt as well as a copy of the discharge papers. When I got back to the hotel, the manager advised me that she had been advised to do nothing and the GM would reach out to me in the morning. Naturally, I advised her as I had texted earlier that I was not staying in a bed bug infested room as it had gotten progressively worse by the day and the doctor told me to leave there. I received zero assistance with alternate accommodations, no refund for the night (they said since I paid in advance it was out of their hands), no offer of anything. I walked to a nearby boutique hotel and finally got a good night rest. Staying here cost me 6 hours leave from work, medication cost, copayments, multiple cab fees, half a day of a required work meeting (what brought me in town in the first place), 5 days of discomfort, embarrassment having to walk around covered in bites, and unknown at this time fees to ensure my items are not infested so I don’t bring them home. Adding insult to injury, the GM that was supposed to reach out, Joseph Mulgrew has not reached out by phone, text or email at all, more than 24 hours later.
Do yourself a favor, stay away from this place and the Homewood Suites attached and managed by the same managers. I have never been more disappointed in Hilton.

The hotel was great and clean, the thing rhat sucks is that you jave tonpay for parking. 65 dlls a night!!!

There was an issue with our reservation made through a third party vendor that started to take longer than expected to get rectified. However, one of the representatives stepped in and got my daughter a room while continuing to take care of the issue on the backend. I was so grateful and she was traveling alone and got in late. I don't know the young man's name but I really appreciate him going over and beyond to make sure she we were taken care of. Great customer service and comfortable stay!

Great front desk staff, $120 a night, good location, it had a bed, working shower and A/C. What more can you ask for!
