The person who checked me in at around 6pm on 9/2 - Kay, I think, was excellent. The computers were acting up but she made sure I was comfortable as I waited. She also gave me a credit for breakfast to apologize for the inconvenience. Dru checked me out - friendly, helpful, Jonathon at the bistro was fantastic. He was working a shift alone last night and was there again this morning. Very good. Lastly, the shuttle driver was great - directed me to where I could get a golf cart ride since there is construction and I have a bad knee. The physical plant needs some updating and carpets in the rooms should be replaced. TVs were not easy to use. But the bedding was nice and I enjoyed a hot shower and a good sleep before leaving. The people here are great. Just need to spruce up the plant.

Cleanliness is questionable, we found a dirty cleaning rag on the sink and strange stains underneath it. The hotel is ok for a short beach stay if all you need is shower, ac and a decent bed. Staff are friendly. We didn’t use the amenities so I can’t speak to it. Self-parking is definitely a plus.

It's passable - in Wilmington

Older hotel - seemed clean - but the carpet by the patio door was soaking - and when I put towels down, they came up brown. That might be because of the heat - they were running machines of some types in the room because when I mentioned as I was checking out, they seemed aware.
Breakfast was reasonably priced (odd for a Courtyard), fast and good. And the cashier and person who brought out the food were friendly.
I'll likely pass next time - but it wasn't horrible - and if I had to stay there, I would with little concern.

Rooms are tired and need to be updated. Homeless sleeping around the hotel

The rooms are old and in need of updating. Reception is clean, bistro is all right. Waitress in bistro is friendly and helpful. Room 108 smells like it flooded. Asked to be moved. Location is not in nice area, surrounded by car dealerships and homeless sleeping all around it. Cannot recommend

All was good with the room. Hallways smelled like mildew real bad . Or maybe trash . It stunk. Besides the smell all was fine
