Terrible place to stay
Looked at the Room and left was fast as We Could .The smell was so bad .The place looks like something left over from 1950 . The Rate was 125. It’s not worth 40 dollars to stay at that dump. .All I can say is keep driving you will find something better down better down the road .

This property was extremely underwhelming to say the least. Upon arrival I was given just my checking card and it had two different room numbers written on the card when I asked which one was to clarify the hotel manager looked at me not at his head and pointed a direction I said okay so is this number and he just nodded his head and pointed again. And then walking into the room there was dead bugs in the bed sheets cigarette Burns everywhere mildew all over the walls it was a disgusting Hotel I do not recommend it to anyone especially with children like I had I ended up sending my wife and son to stay somewhere else and I stayed in the room because I cannot cancel or get my money back

The furniture was very outdated and damaged. The fridge had rust all over it. The floor looked unclean. Overall it was just bad.

Room was old, reeked of smoke! Sheets were torn, stained and had holes in them. No covering of bathroom window so large light shined in all night and also someone could just stand there and see in bathroom or full room if door was open. The place was not worth $20 a night, let alone what they charged. I immediately cancelled my second night and would recommend anywhere but here. There is vintage and old but this was rundown and a dump. No other way to say it. I asked for a receipt and it was handwritten by the clerk on a telephone answering note pad. At least I have that to show my car company if they try to charge me for the second night.

Don't stay here. Better options down the road in Kingsland, GA
We are out of state Contractors working at the Paper Mill in Fernadina. We chose this place for the location and the reviews. The reviews are very misleading.
There is black mold and cockroaches in the room. They have placed multiple bait traps and sticky traps but have not changed them. The walls are visibly dirty. The bed and box springs are filthy. They WILL not clean your room or empty your garbages but will enter to take used towels(which are stained and falling apart) but not replace them. They will not provide toilet paper unless you go to the office to request it. They require you to bring linens and towels that they don't pickup, to the office for replacement. They have not cleaned the toilet, swept or mopped in weeks. I asked the owner for a broom and was told I couldn't use it because they only have one. The shower does not drain. The walls are thin and you can hear the neighbors and TV's and all of the traffic. Sheriffs and Emergency vehicles have shown up multiple times during our stay to deal with the office and multiple tenants. They "hire" housekeepers that are shady in exchange for staying in the rooms. We have had items go missing from the room. A lot of people stay here long term. The owner can be very rude and overcharged us. We pay week to week and came in on a Sunday. We pay Sat evening because we work 12.5hr days. The owner argued with us and made us pay an extra night because we paid on Sunday this past week. We will be moving to Kingsland, GA to a much nicer, cheaper hotel this weekend.
I would suggest not staying here when you can drive 30mins away for a much nicer stay.
