The place is ok

Stayed here two nights, close to everything 5 min walk from the castle and to metro station buses, the apartment was not cleaned the terrace was filthy and the bath was the worst you literally need to clean every time you take a shower.

A bit expensive for what it offers.

Old and dirty furniture. Old and never ironed sheets, broken sink fountain and door handle, missed Tv remote control.
On the other side property is very good located, well heated and spacious enough for up to 4 member family.

Awesome location and awful cleaning

I've failed to left a review at booking.com (just because of this strange restriction for 1 month after trip) so - here it is.
Pros:
+ Location is extremely good, all the old city is near, castle, bastion, church, etc.
+ Couple of food markets and cafes close to block
Cons:
- Stuff is not always at place and if you need something - you should wait for unspecified period of time
- Cleaning is extremely poor - just awful - see the pictures attached (some of them maid after "additional cleaning" requested by me)
- Looks like photos of rooms was made after gathering all good-looking furniture in one room
- Quite expensive for overall look and quality of service
- Spiders! If you don't like them and doesn't want to meet one of them in your bed - it'll be a definitely negative moment of your stay in this hotel (also on photos)
Advice - try to find another place for stay (it both very ease for lower budget and higher comfort)

Despicable

I cannot believe that I was so mislead re this accommodation. The reviews were very good, the pictures were fab - the reality a nightmare. We changed apartments as the first one was so filthy. The second was better but still in need of a clean and appeared to have blood on walking machine and back of bathroom door . The washing machine was disconnected and leaking. There were no coffee or tea making facilities. No iron or drying facilities. The apartment was sparsely equipped - with one towel per person. It was stated a city or garden view - we overlooked another apartment block. So upset having planned this trip so long. No reply from the property in response to my concerns. So much better accommodation available. Good points were the location and as it was a weekend car parking on the street was free. Would never recommend- totally gutted at my choice and the misrepresentation Would have left but as arrived after a long drive did not have the energy to search for an alternative do late in the day

Lovely castle apartment

Here for a short term and the location is excellent, only a few minutes walk uphill to Buda Castle for a stroll anytime of the day. A big shopping mall with supermarket and restaurants just 5 mins walk downhill. Lots of eateries and cafe around. Tramline 4 and 6 takes you to the heart of Pest and the subway’s a stone throw away as well. The apartment is well-kept, clean and spacious.
