Excellent location in the heart of the district in the middle of the bars, clubs and restaurants..great value...not fancy but comfortable clean safe and convenient for a great price. Staff was immediately available to help me with the blue tooth key system

Good central location, but bad everything else
Good stuff:
The location is very good, and the rooftop pool is alright. The bathroom is decent, and the light-blocking curtains are good.
Bad stuff:
First of all it is difficult to find, and the lack of information is super unprofessional. Ringing the doorbell number to the reception does not work, and the code to get in was never sent to us. Neither was any information (ie. phone number, email) on how to get it. We luckily got help from a random guy who knew them, and later receive the code from another lady who lived there.
The halls are ugly with dirty carpets full of stains. Our bed was hard and slightly uncomfortable. The room had apparently been "cleaned" by someone just sweeping all the dust under the left night stand. The aircondition works, but has a life of its own and will suddenly decide to just not work, and then randomly work again the next day. The booking ad/page says that there is a kitchenette. But it is only good for tea/coffee and nothing else, as there are no plates or cutlery, so you can't even butter your bread.
Not once in the 4 days we stayed was there any cleaning, emptying the trash or changing of towels whatsoever.
Now this would be okay if this what was had been told, we could have brought our own towels then - but both the booking page and the written guidelines inside the room say otherwise.
Apparently it is random when the receptions have people there. If there is none there, good luck getting them to pick up the provided number for you to call (at least I had no luck).
My suggestion if you are cheap/poor and just need a couple of days, or just wanna save some money, don't mind some hassle and dirt and can easily fall asleep? Might be alright.
My suggestion in all other cases? Stay far away and spend your money elsewhere.

The location of this place is good, situated in a nice neighborhood with plenty of decent restaurants and bars nearby.
One important thing to know before booking is that all communication with Magazine Rooms is done via WhatsApp. We were not informed of this in advance, and our messages through Hotels.com were never answered, which made check-in and communication more difficult than expected.
Unfortunately, the room was not cleaned very well when we arrived. For example, the trash bins had not been emptied after the previous guests.
After our first night, we discovered that the air conditioning unit was leaking. We woke up to a large puddle of water on the floor. Looking more closely, it seemed this had been an ongoing issue, as the cabinet beneath the air conditioner contained a significant amount of mold.
Breakfast was provided through vouchers for ZAI, a café located about 200 meters from the property. The breakfast was good and we enjoyed it, but it was a bit inconvenient to have to leave the building for breakfast.
Finally, the listing gives the impression that this is a hotel, but it is actually a guesthouse with limited on-site service. Overall, the location was the main positive aspect of our stay, but the lack of cleanliness, poor communication, and maintenance issues made the experience disappointing.

Strange check in
The rooms are very small. The guy at the aei gang was very funny. I had to get a card to another hotel so I could get into the room because the app didn't work.
