Great location to get away from busy life

We visited on the 31st may -2nd June , first of all we had the best meal of our stay cooked by Peti, absolutely delicious and the waitress called Niki was wonderful , friendly and polite. The location is perfect for peace in the forest, our room was clean and of good size. We would definitely return to this hotel. Overall the staff were nice and the food is of great quality, we felt full and relaxed.

Excellent base to explore the region

Renovated recently, very nice and comfortable. Friendly staff, good food and drinks selection in the early closing (7.30p.m. ?) restaurant. Pulled pork hamburger recommended, though it is a huge portion :-) !
Table tennis, and othe leisure activities available.

Radio club in the middle of the forest

This time the Panzio was not better than average, I missed the cosy atmosphere in the forest.
The overall sound of "Radio Swiss Pop" in every room was disastrous. Sounded like a Radio-club, music everyvhere: restaurant, lounge, balcony.
It was a rainy day, ideal for reading or relaxing in the lounge - but it was impossible. No rest and calm place but pop-music. As I was the only guest in the halls, I know that no other guest wished the loud radio.
If the Feher-Sas is located in the beautiful forest in Hungary, why is it like a music-club?
There should be reconsiderations of the level of noise and to re-think hours where
hours without music ensure the calm and relaxing minutes for your guests.
Otherwise the personal taking very care of the Panzio, cleaning, maintainances. Level of comfort is good.
Food was good again.

Delicious dishes for affordable price but the staff are extremely rude

I visited the Feher Sas Panzio with my friends at the end of our hiking trip on 22nd December 2019. Actually, the restaurant was recommended by them because they dined at the Panzio before.
The good things were:
1) The restaurant was clean and spacious and one of the dinning rooms had a masonry stove/heater. It is absolutely beautiful.
2) The location of the Panzio was stunning,
3) The price was affordable and the dishes were so delicious and beautifully presented that I had to buy a take away Jokai bableves for my Mum.
The bad things was:
1) A member of staff was so rude to us that I would not recommend the restaurant to anyone. He spoke to us in a very unfriendly way that we felt unwanted. May I remind you Dear K.A. that I work very, very hard for my monthly income and do not like to pay for a service which was below the average. I do understand that it can be stressful to work during the Christmas bonanza but the restaurant was not busy. Only two tables were reserved.
If I may say that please find an another job and do not destroy other people day with your horrible attitude.

Watch the details of your bill in the restaurant

We visited the restaurant yesterday, and a drink was added to our bill that we did not have. This may of course happen by mistake, but the way they said sorry when I pointed this out really gave the impression that this is a consistent practice, as most guesses would not carefuly check each item. So be careful and check the bill before you pay.

Nagyon fontosnak tartjuk a vendégek visszajelzését és minden esetben igyekszünk tanulni a hibáinkból.
A kollégàk hibáztak és véletlenül egy másik asztal ásványvizét ütötték fel Önökhöz. Az említett tétel körülbelül 300 Ft volt, amit azon nyomban vissza is adtak Önöknek, amint ezt jelezte ezt a pincérnek. Megértem, hogy kellemetlen volt a szituáció, de emiatt azt terjeszteni név nélkül az interneten, hogy ez egy bevett szokásnak tűnik nálunk, rendkívül rosszindulatú és tisztességtelen dolog.
Kérem gondolja át, hogy milyen súlya van annak amit rólunk írt és ez arányos-e azzal a hibával, amit a munkatársaink elkövettek.
