When you have to pay for the accommodation in advance, you can already guess that there will be problems here... I think that the guests left more than once because the standard was unacceptable.
I got to know this accommodation as the Rácz Hotel, which was then a family-friendly, friendly, kind and, above all, reasonably priced hotel.
The bathroom is practically dilapidated, the toilet seat costs HUF 20, and the door of the bathroom cabin is barely holding anything up. Everything wobbles and moves, showing a complete lack of maintenance.
Wow, the Wellness hotel is Wellness because it has a super jacuzzi with DIRTY water, and a sauna, which, even though we asked, they didn't heat it up for us.
I understand that it is not convenient for the cleaners to bring and carry the equipment all the time, but how about leaving the dirty rags?
They say that there is a 24-hour reception, but of the 2 days I spent there, there were 24 consecutive hours when there was no reception...
The highlight is the breakfast, for HUF 3,000/person we get 5 of the cheapest sausages from the buffet, some bread, no butter. a TV pepper sliced and piled on a plate, just in case it looks like more. (No.)
For breakfast, however, we got an old lady from the cooper era who, like a chameleon, swatted us at the fly, maybe so that we wouldn't take the third of the 3 tea fillets, but in any case, it was certainly not because of what else she could bring. The restaurant is practically a warehouse with a ladder and a vacuum cleaner. After all, it's good for 3000, isn't it?
I don't even mention that we asked for a quiet room, but due to the outdated windows and doors, the noise of the entire main road came to us unhindered, and apparently the only thing that bothered us was that the panorama included the mass of handkerchiefs left under the bush...
The air conditioning is good, the internet is sometimes good, the bed is comfortable.
Overall: It is sad to see a once brilliant accommodation, which was a worthy part of Pécs' jewel box, run down like this. This accommodation is not worthy of Pécs, it is not recommended, it is disappointing. To be avoided.

Pension close to the city center, good for a short stay
Guarded free parking. Friendly staff.
Relatively small and modest rooms but clear and with air conditioning.
Breakfast acceptable but not coffe included ,
