Excellent accomodation with direct access to thermal spa

We came to this hotel along with our friends (two couples altogether) for a longer weekend and we were just satisfied. This hotel is much smaller than the neighboring Park Inn, but offers nice comfort. Direct access to the superior thermal spa, as well as good physiotherapy and wellness area. The rooms were just fine, spacey, with king-size beds and comfortable mattresses. And staff, from the front desk through the room keeping, all were just friendly and helpful. Until now the best behavior I experienced. The only minor drawback - sliding sash net against flees and mosquitos did not work. Luckily it was not their season yet.

Basically pleasant, but with a few minus points

First, the unpleasant things:
We stayed 2 nights incl. breakfast and dinner in a double room with a connecting door. The walls are generally very thin and you can really hear everything. In addition, it is not possible to close the balcony door quietly.
Wanted to exchange a broken bathrobe gladly at the reception, that was not possible as it lt. Receptionist was none more...that in a thermal hotel?!?
We rented and used the bowling alley on an evening from 20-20:30 - after about 20 minutes the alley was simply turned off (other guests were allowed to continue playing). We don't know why and we had to pay them full.
Among the positive things:
The room was clean and the balcony was there although not booked. The breakfast was small, but there was EVERYTHING your heart desires and it was also shared immediately after if anything was missing. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Dinner was at a hotel restaurant vis a vis. That was basically very good, the main courses a bit too much.
The spa itself is large and pleasantly divided.

One night only...

We chose this hotel to extend our stay from Park Inn which is directly next to this property and it made the transfer very easy. We ended up liking this property even more, as it is closer to the spa, has everything you need and the price point met our needs. Staff is very nice, and on the day of check out, they give you a locker where you can keep your valuables, change of clothes, shower and change before you head out. No need to rush out.. such a bonus. Our room had a balcony and it was very quiet.

Perfect accomodation,with the direct entry to the spa

VitalMed is a tiny hotel with the perfect services and a very kindly staff,with the direct entry to the spa,what is very comfortable.In the rooms are big,very comfortable beds.There is a lot of thermal pools,and a nice place around...

Great holiday

Stayed 7 nights at Vitalmed spa hotel. The hotel was good, a room to sleep in was all that was required. There are loads of great restaurants around.
The pools are really nice loads for the kids to do.
Breakfast was good too, just don’t get there too late as most was always gone.
Staff very friendly and helpful and cleaning staff very nice too.
