Very good choice!
Excellent location and very courteous staff. The breakfast was very good and with a great variety. The room was very comfortable and clean, and the view from the balcony wonderful!

Try to avoid it.
The location is great (sea front and walking distance to the city centre) but the facilities need serious maintenance. The breakfast has a variety of food but of poor quality. At least staff was polite. Definitely not good value for money.

Great location with nicely maintained grounds and amenities. The breakfast buffet was plentiful but pretty basic. All that said, the hotel is in need to renovation - it’s old and tired looking. The floors, trim, elevators, furniture and fixtures are quite shabby. Don’t think it was quite worth the money.

Despite the fact that we had made our reservation for the wrong dates, we would like to sincerely thank Angeliki at the reception for doing everything she could to help us. We would also like to thank all the staff at the snack bar and lige guard , whose names we unfortunately didn’t get. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful.
The hotel is located right on the beachfront. The sea is shallow, crystal clear, and as calm as glass. The sandy beach makes it an excellent choice, especially for families with children.
The breakfast was very good with plenty of options, and the portion sizes were exceptionally generous.
The hotel is only a 5-minute walk from the beachfront restaurants and cafés, and about a 10-minute walk from the center of Alexandroupoli. Jumbo and Lidl are just a 4-minute drive away.
Even though the hotel was fully booked, we never had any trouble finding sunbeds. Families with children should definitely choose the ground-floor apartments, as they open onto a large, beautiful green area where children can play safely.
With its outstanding location, spotless beach, exceptional hospitality, and beautiful sea, this hotel truly deserves to be rated as a 5-star property. Once you stay here, you’ll definitely want to come back.

We were very disappointed with our stay and regret the amount of money we spent on this hotel.
The hotel was poorly maintained, and the breakfast was below expectations. During breakfast, the staff repeatedly cleared our plates while we were still eating, making us feel rushed to finish and leave.
Vehicles were constantly parked directly in front of the hotel entrance and lobby, apparently without any enforcement or supervision from the management.
The parking facilities were inadequate and poorly organized, making it difficult to find a space and adding unnecessary inconvenience.
Another major issue was the air conditioning. It was noisy and failed to cool the room properly, making it difficult to get a comfortable night's sleep.
The biggest disappointment, however, was the pool and beach area. Both were in a very poor state. Many of the sunbeds had bird droppings on them, and the pool was visibly dirty, with sand clearly accumulated on the bottom. I have never stayed at a hotel where the pool and sunbeds were so neglected and unclean.
What was particularly misleading was that the hotel's promotional photos did not accurately show the condition of the pool and beach areas. If these areas had been presented honestly, we would definitely not have chosen this hotel for our holiday.
Overall, the hotel did not provide the quality or standards we expected, and it was not worth the price we paid.
