Friends relaxing trip
The room was especially relaxing, with a strong Swiss vibe, while the view from both the lobby and the room was really amazing. The water was always warm, the heating perfect and we did not get cold at all during our stay.
I would like to place a special emphasis on the 2nd floor wardrobe. Excellent professional, always smiling, with attention to detail, she reached the point of folding even our pajamas. We send her a lot of love. Also, Mrs. Chicken in reception was very helpful, polite and sweet.
But there were some weaknesses that disappointed us.
The check-in was quite cold, without welcome and without adequate information, giving us the feeling of a slight indifference. In addition, the two times we contacted the reception by phone, the tone was strange and did not make us feel comfortable.
The room service was not very helpful. We asked for wood for the fireplace, which in the end we never used, as they were not suitable for lighting, while in this case the treatment was rather cold, without the disposition of essential service.
The pool, which was also the main reason we chose the hotel for relaxation, was supposed to be heated. However, when we used it it was frozen and, when we mentioned it in the reception, we were told that “so is”, accompanied by a embarrassing and not very professional behavior.
The hotel is in a good location, relatively close to everything, but in case you have rented a car, there is no parking or charging station, which made us quite difficult.
I'm sorry because we had higher expectations, especially as I work in hospitality. It is a beautiful hotel with possibilities, but the overall experience left us slightly disappointed
