Second time here - great, clean, beautiful views

We love this place. Really clean, lovely pool. Rooms are equipped with hairdryer, tv, toaster, two ring hob and some cooking utensils. Beds and pillows a little hard. Otherwise superb. Top tip for families- request rooms 1&2 as the balcony is huge, both rooms open on to it, overlooking the pool and views to the sea. Double bed in one and two singles in the other. You will need a car - the road is not lit at night and would be dangerous to walk from town. 5 mins by car to nearest bakery in Georgeopolis and all the tavernas here. Lake Kournas only 5 mins by car and some lovely Tavernas here. Rhthymno is about 25 mins by car - a Lidl here for essentials. Old town and port vibrant. Chania 45 mins by car - lovely place to visit. Imbros Gorge - 45 mins - beautiful drive / lovely walk with kids - takes 2.5 hours - mostly shade but take water. Taxi back to car 5euros per person. Winery - not far on route back from Imbros - also well worth a stop - tasting menu 12euros. Scuba diving (PADI) can be found at Vythos beach. Crystal clear waters. Stony beach. Great beach bar here - friendly owners. Locals use it so not too touristy but you may find it hard to find as not well advertised. Visit Gerani too - great Taverna here - Stalas. Not to be missed!

Lovely place

The apartments are very clean rooms are cleaned daily. Located in a peaceful area with views of the mountains but not to far from Georgiopolis. Poppi, George and the rest of the family make you feel welcome and will do anything to help you. Would definately return again.

Beautiful location and friendly hosts

Stayed here with fiancee recently. Room was very clean and spacious. Ideal for what we wanted. Sheets were changed daily. Which is a nice surprise.
Pool is fantastic and open 24 hours. Views of mountains,sea and olive fields are breath taking.
The family who run the hotel are salt of the earth and really made our holiday. Special mention to George,poppy and itso(dog) who really went above and beyond to make our stay as memorable as it was.

Late summer break.

During my short stay at this very remote hotel situated in a picturesque environment, made my stay full of tranquility.
On our arrival we were greeted with friendly staff and who then escorted us to our apartment.
The apartment was on ground floor with easy access and included a balcony with a stunning view of olive fields with a backdrop of mountainous terrains. The apartment and facilities was perfectly sufficient and clean.
Food is available on request which was convenient, although there were very few Greek options available.
Overall I fully recommend this Hotel for its picturesque location and facilities which is ideal for a sedate break away.

Nice place to stay.

My familly spend there few days this summer. Nice hotel...clean.Spectacular panorama .Extemelly good location..It's near to Kounas lake and all tavernas around it.It's also 30 minutes drive to Rethimno and Chania.The huge beach of Georgioupolis is 2 minutes by car.The pool of the hotel is 24/24 open for us.The familly which owns and meantain the hotel is always smilling and hospitable.
