Excellent service from the beginning
Everything was perfect: the location, the environment, but most of all the cleanliness of the apartment .
We could not fault the Apartment nor the service from start to finish we shall definitely book again next year Thanks to the owner If we undoubtedly the best place we have ever been…. We would highly recommend.

Athens holidays
Rooms:
- The apartment was large but it smelled slightly of smoke at the beginning. There were 2 air conditioners to cool down a bit at the warm outside temperatures. It was clean and also had a large terrace, sharing this with the floor neighbor. The view is not so intoxicating.
- Very large fridge, tea making facilities and microwave are available.
- There are still various cables coming out of the walls for the electronics, I assume, which do not appear correctly installed or not completely installed.
- The wifi works but is not fast. Since it partially stopped working, we had to unplug and plug the router back in.
- Free cold water bottles 0.5 are available and shower towels are also available.
Hotel complex:
- From the apartment you can easily reach, for example, the Hop on Hop off Station on Karaiskaki and a restaurant district, which is about 5-10 minutes walk away.
- In the area of the hotel or the same street, there are always junkies who get any drug injections, which is why I would not necessarily recommend the apartment for families with children.
- Our room was not located in the reception building but in the same street further down. You can reach the apartment by elevator or stairs.
Personnel service:
- The gentleman at the reception was very friendly and also organized ouri taxi transfer from the airport(EUR 47.—).

Апартаменты очень уютные, чистые, всё необходимое есть (даже аптечка). Район тихий и в 5 минутах ходьбы от основного тусовочного района с кафешками, барами, ресторанами, где ночью жизнь бьет ключом, где играет живая музыка и хочется ходить от бара к бару, вкушая аутентичную южную романтику ночных Афин!
но есть одно Но!!! аппартаменты находятся в районе беженцев со всеми вытекающими обстоятельствами, и ночью не совсем приятно ходить, поэтому если вас это очень смущает, то вам не сюда
