Great Location, Good value, Clean
The most incredible location in a nice area of town with good transport connections. I stayed 5 nights at the Omina Collection in Athens.
The room is nice with a big bed, lots of plug ports, good WiFi, a washing machine, microwave, hob, fridge & cutlery.
The bathroom was nice with a good shower, just remember to turn the hot water on 15 mins before you want to jump in.
The balcony is a nice size, it overlooks a school but this was no issue for us as it was always empty by the time we got back.
There are supermarkets, restaurants & fast food outlets within walking distance. Many of the main attractions can be walked to or get a bus to.
Good value for the centre of Athens, nice & clean, highly recommend.

Disappointed
This was the worst experience we had during our entire trip in Greece, both in terms of service and communication.
We checked in late at night and our room wasn’t properly cleaned. We immediately contacted the hotel management, but received no reply. Since it was already very late and we had no other option, we covered the bed with towels and slept there for the night.
The next morning, they apologized and said they would clean the room immediately. We went out for the day, expecting it to be sorted by the time we came back. But when we returned in the evening, the room was exactly the same. Nothing had been cleaned.
I contacted the hotel again and was told that we would have to sleep in the dirty room again and they would clean it the next day. When I explained that we had already spent one night in an unclean room only because we had no choice, and that I was now asking for a reasonable solution — either a refund so we can change the hotel, a proper cleaning, or a room change — they told me that cleaning is done only every two days even though the room had not been clean in the first place.
Throughout the conversation, I tried to remain calm, especially because the hotel generally has good reviews and I wanted to believe this was a one-time issue. However, after being told to spend another night in the same dirty room without any real solution being offered, I lost my patience and only after that they suddenly decided to offer to change our room.
If changing the room was possible, why was it not offered when we politely raised the issue? Why did it only become an option after the tone raised?
This experience ruined the positive mood of our holiday and made us feel that our patience and good intentions were taken advantage of. A basic level of cleanliness and respectful communication should be the minimum expectation from any hotel.

Great location in a neighborhood in athens that feels lived in and way from tourist hustle. Staff was nice. Minimal amenities and not very comfortable bed though the shower was nice and bathroom was huge. Feels more like a local apartment than a hotel. Solid value for the price but you should know it is a low frills accommodation.

Clean comfortable and easy
Great accommodation option for staying in Athens. This is not a formal hotel but it offered a big safe and clean apartment more like an Airbnb. The office is open for limited hours but they communicate via email. If it takes some time to hear a response, don’t stress, they will respond. We arrived very late and were given access codes via email, no troubles entering.
The rooms are spacious and have anything you need for your stay. They are not fancy, but clean and comfortable, especially for the price.
We loved the area because it wasn’t in the heart of tourist areas but was close enough to get to the popular sites and destinations.
