Lovely friendly clean hotel
Such a warm welcome from Manager Maria on the front desk and by the time we got to our suite we had a lovely complementary bottle of red wine waiting.
We were in room 103. Above reception but it wasn’t noisy at all. It was fairly spacious with a shower tucked away in the corner and a very comfy bed. Complementary bottle of water too. Little fridge, all the washing amenities/lotions and little coffee maker with pods and a hair dryer and big tv. Great air conditioning - extremely quiet but oh my it kept us cool in this heat.
Rooftop bar served by Cosmas who was very helpful with what Greek beers to go for.
Great bright view. Acropolis in the distance.
We walked most places - no fear of the area - just keep your bag zipped up and be street aware like you would in any city.
We took a train from airport to Omnia station and schlepped our cases a block or so to hotel - easily done. Not all stations have escalators so be aware but honestly there were plenty of very very helpful Athen folk who were extremely willing to navigate the stairs - honestly very polite nation indeed.
We also purchased a two day rail pass for €20 and it suited us well - the hotel is in a quieter tourist part of Athens - the roads are busy yes (but I wear ear plugs anyway to bed and we both slept soundly and comfortably)
Breakfast was included and plentiful and it wasn’t busy at all served thru to 10.30am. Maria always came round each morning to say hello in the restaurant - a nice friendly touch and all the staff are very pleasant.
Maria even gave us a late check out for our cruise. Thank you so much x

There was a scent that was coming from the toilet or the sewer, towels were a little worn, how every staff I encountered was extremely pleasant and helpful.

Volik and pleasant stay, very kind staff.
Very comfortable and clean accommodation.
From the roof there is a very beautiful view of the Acropolis and the Lycabettus, which made us enjoy our morning coffee even more.
The staff is very kind and willing to help with any question. A bravo and a thank you to the director. Marianne for her kindness and professionalism.
We will definitely choose it again.

We will be back, very friendly staff.
Our stay at this hotel was truly excellent. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would especially like to congratulate the hotel manager, Ms. Marianna, on her professionalism, her excellent organization, and her exceptional hospitality.

Great experience!
A wonderful hotel with excellent hospitality!The pigs were clean, the staff always kind and willing to help.The food was very delicious with variety while the roof bar was really unique with wonderful atmosphere and excellent drinks.We had memorable moments and we will definitely visit again.
