Fantastic Hotel … Fantastic Staff
Spiros and Irene run this hotel and we cannot praise them enough. From the start of our holiday to the end they have been absolutely fabulous.
I needed to see a doctor and Irene organised this for me.. she booked various excursions, organised taxis’s my iPhone wasn’t charging “no problem “ said Spiros and they found me a charger.
We had our wedding anniversary and they put balloons and drinks in our room … we couldn’t ask for more.
The hotel is immaculately clean and has a fabulous view of the sea… a lovely jacuzzi bath and everything was perfect.
We most definitely would recommend this hotel as 10/10
You need to visit to experience this hospitality and care of their clients.

Gorgeous
Chania is a dream. Very relaxed pace.
Theta is a brand new, modern boutique hotel in an excellent location just outside the beautiful centre, on a less noisy street. It felt very safe, even walking back late at night. Very walkable to all the restaurants and harbour.
Sparkling clean. The breakfast restaurant was only opening the week after we stayed, we wish them the best of luck.
Definitely recommend paying for a sea view. We stayed on the 4th floor (top) room 402 and the floor-to-ceiling windows made the experience. Spacious room, comfortable super king bed. Select an upper floor or a room at the left side of the hotel on their website, so the buildings in front don't block the spectacular sea view. Book through their website (aside from BDS, you get to choose your exact room). Air con - excellent. Fab rain shower.
Irene looked after us from emails to check-in. She is a sweetheart - very welcoming and kind. We were celebrating a birthday and anniversary, she very kindly decorated our room with balloons and wine and recommended restaurants. We loved the little Chania postcard left in the room too. Little details make a stay special.
Our taxi driver organised by Irene who picked us up from the airport for €35 was one of the friendliest men we ever met. Sounds strange but we recommend you book via her, because he was the perfect welcome spokesperson for the island. He had us smiling the whole journey and his recommendations were actually useful.
We split our holiday in two by booking central in Theta for a central, lively stay to explore and then a resort with a pool for the second half.

Beautiful Theta Seaside Boutique Hotel - Breathtaking Ocean Views
Just back from an amazing week at the Theta Seaside Boutique Hotel. Sprios met us on arrival with a warm welcome and showed us our room. We had room 201 which had fabulous views of the ocean. I had mentioned when booking that we were celebrating my sisters birthday. They had balloons and a bottle of wine in the room on arrival which was a really nice touch. Beds were so comfortable, coffee machine with pods in room, kettle for tea, fridge, slippers and bathrobes. Everything was thought of. Irene was so helpful. From before we left I had emailed a few queries and she came back very promptly. She gave us plenty of suggestions for restaurants, things to do, booking taxis etc. Nothing was a problem! Breakfast was delicious. Homemade jam and cakes. Excellent location to the Old Town. Don't hesitate to book this hotel. You will not be disappointed!

Fabulous and so welcoming
Excellent hotel, good location and the rooms are fabulous. The staff are so helpful and accommodating, absolutely wonderful. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Very enjoyable overnight stay
Very enjoyable overnight stay in a triple suite with fabulous sea views. The suite was modern, well equipped and very clean. The hotel is within a short walk of the Harbour and Old Town where we found numerous restaurants to choose from. We enjoyed our breakfast on what was the opening day of the restaurant. A selection of delicious home cooked food was available. Special thanks to Irene who was so helpful before and during our stay.
