Location A great place to have a rest after an exciting day! Hotel «Diamond Village» is located in Piskopiano. This hotel is located 1 km from the city center. You can take a walk and explore the neighbourhood area of the hotel — Hersonissos Beach, Limanakia Beach and King Scorpio Beach.At the hotel You can stop by the bar. Taste the local cuisine and have a rest in the restaurant. Specially for tourists who travel by car, there’s a parking zone. Sports fans will be able to enjoy a diving club. You will find these entertainment amenities on the premises: a library, a ping-pong area and a barbeque area. Here, you can treat yourself with water procedures as there will be a pool, an aquapark and an outdoor pool. To book an excursion, consult the tour assistance desk of the hotel. There are other services available for the guests of the hotel. For example, a laundry, dry cleaning, ironing and car rental. The staff of the hotel speaks English, Italian, German and Russian.

A very enjoyable and relaxing stay
Do note that the location involves a lot of steps and hilly walkways, so it is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Once there, however, the setting is very attractive. Upstairs there is a comfortable bedroom with ample storage space, although the marble stairs are quite sharp and feel a little unforgiving.
The bathroom is spacious with a good, modern shower. The living area is also generous in size, with effective air conditioning, a small fridge, and a TV that allows easy streaming. WiFi is available but can be inconsistent at times.
Outside, there is a shaded seating area, a small private pool, and two sunbeds with a parasol. Everything was clean and well maintained.
A standout feature is the property’s app system, which works very well. Through it, you can access all information and even order food and drinks, which are then delivered directly to your suite.
Breakfast was good, with a fresh and decent variety, and there was always plenty of seating available. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, and any issue we had—such as a minor problem with the shower—was resolved immediately.
Parking is easy, with plenty of available spaces. Piskopiano and Koutouloufari are within walking distance (around 10 minutes uphill) for restaurants and evening drinks, while Hersonissos is also about a 10-minute walk downhill.
There are a few minor points for improvement: towels are changed after every third day, toiletries (shampoo and shower gel) and tea are only provided once on arrival (we did ask), some areas seldom get cleaned in the shower (some mold and calcium), and some furniture and roll curtains dont open or close properly, which does reduce the sense of luxury.
But overall, it was a very enjoyable and relaxing stay and well suited for a relaxed holiday.

For season doable.
Faltering wifi inside and out.
All apartments and rooms had a kitchen considering we had a Suite we also expected to have a kitchen unfortunately only a very small rickety fridge where there was not even a freezer compartment. Missed opportunity.( The inventory list does not mention that there is a kitchen this was only my expectation. Noisy. Noises from neighbors radio / talking inside and outside. Kids dispute out of the pool.
Pool is not heated very cold in for season.
In the breakfast room, babies are breastfed , not desirable.
There is a walking path (for guests) through garden.
Tepid water in the evening
Water is drinkable but tastes brackish
The plus points
Air conditioning set low. Up to 16°c.
2 tv Netflix , Nespresso cubs coffee machine.
Breakfast is reasonable but if you like Greek yogurt and fresh fruit very tasty.
Mountain upward walk to piskopiano with encolor restaurants and a supermarket. Downhill literally and figuratively one level below is Hersonissos. With a lot of noise mass tourism and youth. Amusing.
Outside the resort you will find a lot of stray cats (not inside the resort) these cats are largely poisoned after the tourist season. So spoil them a little longer. (Or take one to your home .
Parking is possible in front of the resort limited number of parking spaces. At the moment, construction is taking place across the streets, the inconvenience is not so bad. Toilet trash can filled with your toilet paper is changed daily. The pool sheets are not changed. Shampoo /soap /conditioner /body lotion present but not replenished
