My partner & I stayed with Melody Studios Faliraki this month for a week.
This hotel felt like a natural home away from home. I was so impressed with the level of comfort and attention to detail. Our stay was perfect. The hotel staff are incredibly friendly and efficient on WhatsApp with answering any enquiries. The hotel was beautiful, with clean and comfortable rooms. It was even better than expected. The price was terrific. There were great restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely stay there again. Greek-ing out over these views. Thank you.

Amazing stay!!

Lovely stay at melody studios. Didn’t see a reception or anything so asked the bar staff for help with taxis/ buses etc and then had contact with someone on WhatsApp for check in details and check out/ tourist tax.
Tourist tax was only €2 per night which was nice.
It’s lovely and green with flowers everywhere. With this comes bugs so be prepared on the balcony for some bugs at night.
The room was clean and they came in and changed towels and stuff.
The only thing I would say was the shower bracket had fallen off so we hooked it over the window so we could shower. But we didn’t bring attention to it when we were there because it wasn’t really a problem. I know they were responsive with issues as the people in the room next to us had an issue and they pretty much fixed it straight way. The air con was almost too good ended up waking up and being freezing!! (I am one of those people that will turn it down as low as it can go so it gets cold quicker though so that’s probably why)
Some of the reviews worried me a little bit but honestly great location only a 5-10 minute walk to the main part of faliraki
We had seen a review that said there was no where to hold luggage after check out so we booked an extra night and just checked out when the transfer came to get us.
No sunbed wars and the pool didn’t feel like a watering hole where there’s rows of people all watching the pool.

Pleasantly surprised given some reviews - Has issues that could be resolved!

Overall, my stay at Melody suited my purposes well, as I was out a lot, basic self-catering, a balcony & nice decor/layout BUT there were issues (see Negatives). POSITIVES: The room was clean & better than expected, given some reviews I’d read, towels were changed daily. Location was only 10 minutes from beach, 5 mins from Faliraki. Sunrise out backdoor, sunset from balcony. Fantastic through- breeze if you opened both doors. Night time ambiance at the pool bar was lovely & the pool itself was acceptable albeit a bit shabby. Communication was via WhatsApp, which was acceptable but not ideal. NEGATIVES: Air Con is total rubbish & costs an additional €9 a night, even with it on you must move the bed underneath for it to be effective! Bed was lumpy, thankfully there was a blanket in the wardrobe I put underneath the sheet to make it acceptable. Noise from the main road was loud & first but I did soon adjust to that. You had to run the shower for ages to run hot, even then it was hit & miss. There were loads of cats, which I didn’t mind, but some might. Only 2 knives, forks plates etc, very sparse utensil wise & no bottle opener. The fountain, shown in their main picture did not work, disappointingly. There was a constant buzzing noise from the fridge in my room, you could not unplug it, so I had to buy earplugs for sleeping! They say they offer late checkout, at cost, subject to availability, they do not inform you until 48hrs before if this is available, it was not. I was then told THERE IS NO LUGGAGE STORAGE AFTER 11am CHECKOUT!! My pickup was not until 5pm!! Thankfully the very kind people next door (Grecian Fantasia) let me store my bags, saving my last day from being a disaster!!

The property was located a short walk away from the main busy area of faliraki. The property and surroundings were clean and pleasant. However, some elements like the kitchen facilities would benefit from an upgrade. Overall it is a great place to stay but do not expect the same hotel room service you'd receive from a traditional hotel.

Our stay was just for 1 night as we were traveling around Rhodos, but we were pleased by it. We could check in in advance as our room was ready, communication and willingness form owners side was excellent.
Apartment is spacious and cozy, clean and with lovely balcony.
