Fantastic time ! X
We had such a lovely time here the past few days and a big shout out to Lazaros who was so friendly and helpful. The whole team / staff were amazing. Location was close to everything and the atmosphere of the hotel was chilled and lovely and cool. We had a harbour view and it was spectacular.
Had a mini bar in the room but didn’t feel the need to use it as we spent a lot of time out of the room and by the pool on the top floor. We didn’t use the pool but sunbathed and there were always plenty of beds.

Great hotel in a very good location near restaurants and the Museum. The room was very clean and the breakfast was plentiful and included a variety of breakfast choices and fresh juices. I would offer two suggestions, provide more loungers and table seating at the pool on the top floor and set up more coffee stations during breakfast.

This is not a 5 star hotel. Even a basic room in a 5 star hotel should have nice towels and it should not smell moldy. The view we had was of tv antennas. Very disappointing

Disappointment
Noisy hotel due to the many airplanes passing by. Disappointment regarding the rooftop pool, the water is freezing and there are not enough umbrellas.
Decent breakfast but they could really do better for a hotel of this caliber.

We would, however, like to clarify that our location is well known to guests prior to booking, and occasional aircraft noise is unfortunately an unavoidable part of being situated in this area. Regarding the rooftop pool, the water temperature is maintained in accordance with our operating standards, and umbrellas are provided around the pool area subject to availability and demand.
We are pleased that you found our breakfast enjoyable, although we regret that our property did not meet your personal expectations for a hotel of our standard. This is not indicative of the high praise we usually received and we understand this is your personal view only.

It has no service level 5 stars. Rather, rude and unprepared employees,
