cleaner from hell!
I'll start by saying "you get what you pay for" and this place was cheap. Our Olympic rep put us in a room that was not clean, but we were tired so made our beds and slept. At 8 am we were awoken by the cleaner screaming at us (she had let herself in) "what are you doing here"? Apparently we were in the wrong room. We spent 2 hours re-packing and moving room. New room was better but very 'tired' and not particularly clean. She then accosted us in the street outside and demanded 10 euro for the safe - fair enough - and 45 euro for the air-con. We said we would see her later. We met other people at the Kool Pool who were staying at Kalia and she had charged them 30 euro for the air-con. We complained to the rep and all she said was "yeah she tries that, it's her bit of extra. Absolutely disgraceful!!! e - and all the others there - were then told we were only allowed 1 toilet roll per week. She also arrived to 'clean' the room at 9am - waking us up - and complained bitterly when we said it was too early. There was no one else in the building to see about her and the rep treated it as a joke. We then found that the rep had been living there, but had moved out to another set of appartments. When we asked her how it was she said it was much better than the Kalia!! So not good enough for her, but good enough for us. Very disappointed with you Olympic Holidays! You need to get rid of these apartments from your portfolio.

Worse place I have ever stayed in my life !!
Horrific apartments these are one of the worse I have ever stayed in , dirty floors, fridge and bathroom full of mould, broken balcony doors and crazy cleaner who just walked in no matter if your awake , asleep or even naked she will just walk in and stay their is so much wrong with these apartments , let's just say I will never return to these apartments again ever !!! And recommend you never go either !!

Would not wish it upon my worst enemy!
This is the worst apartment I have ever stayed in!
I went as a group of 3 girls for a mixture of partying and relaxing. We arrived at 12.30am having had to wait 1hour 20 minutes at the airport for the flight an hour behind us to land (the transfer time was only 15 minutes). We had no rep on our transfer minibus and were dropped on a main road and told our apartment was down a poorly lit side street which we were to walk down.
Having located the apartment we walked into the entrance/reception area to find there was no receptionist and no-one around to provide keys or any assistance at all. We eventually located the cleaner who answered her door in her pyjamas. She had a very poor command of English and told us our keys were in our door before trying to sell us air conditioning and safety deposit box before we had even dropped our bags!
Sheets were provided but be prepared to make your own bed on arrival. Towels were changed once during the week and were filthy. We had to ask for extra toilet roll as apparently the limit is one roll per week! The floors are filthy and the shower floods the bathroom.
The pool in the pictures is Peter's Kool Pool and is NOT connected to the apartment (about 3 minute walk north but don't expect directions in reception even though this is where the welcome meeting is!) Kool Pool is great and definitely worth spending time at. Decent sized pool, lovely staff, great food.
Only plus points are that it's 5 minutes from the nightlife but there are much better places in the same area.
AVOID THIS APARTMENT AT ALL COSTS!!!

Last resort if wanting Kardamena
Still here when writing this and I have travelled all over Greece even lived in Greece for awhile and it's worst I have ever stopped at and how anybody can say cleaner cleans obviously needs to look how clean they call clean. We arrived very late after 23hr delay still to be hounded over air-con and safety box charges before even entering room. Sheets swapped once after first day with blood stains on them, towels good for drying dog off cos never seen bleach. Black mould part of fixture and fittings surprised didn't get charged for that and as for floors cleaned that only got done when I happened to walk round with my socks on. Cleaning lady better working for time share.
As for keeping room at end , well seeing as we lost one night but still charged for it then to add insult charge us €20 for us to shower cos of 23.00 departure.
Honestly can't understand why Olympic want to associate with this accommodation like I said been lots of Greek places and understand basic and Greeks brill people but with alleged cleaner/ sales rep and accom certainly would not recommend stopping at Kalia.
As for Blue Pool been noisy would love to have heard noise from there cos advertised as available yea maybe if you want to buy the place cos it's empty.
Only plus points really are close to centre and we found Kool Pool.

filthy
manky apartments no water in pool dead mosquitos mashed into the walls dirty shower curtain filthy toilet towels were stained and only changed once in a week i wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy our dog kennel at home is cleaner
