Excellent point, but...
Access to the accommodation is made by an open tubing of ombrians and not a road, at the end there are waters and mosquitoes. The distance from the road is about 50 meters. This and the existence of several stairs make it very difficult to carry luggage as well as the daily movement of elderly or disabled people.
We stayed 14 days, only twice cleaned the room. We emptied and transported the garbage ourselves. On cloudy days, because the heater, as we were told, works only with nightly electricity from noon and after there is no hot water. There's no privacy, you hear the slightest whisper from the next room. There is a kitchen with a ceramic stove, but there is nothing in which you can boil an egg or coffee. We bought brick. We also bought sponges because somehow we had to collect the water in the shower since there is not even a curtain. There's no point in touching a soap. Lovely and friendly around the cats. Chios is magnificent, we will definitely go again but probably to another accommodation.

Most Pleasant Stay
Everything you need is included in the apartment and within walking distance of great places to eat. The nearby bakery and coffee shop was simply amazing! We enjoyed our stay.
