Lovely place for family holiday
Beautiful and clean hotel located on a hill with a wonderful view of the sea. A pleasant breeze throughout the day cools you down and saves you from the high temperatures. Breakfast and dinner are varied and delicious. Rooms are cleaned every day and have been completely renovated. The pool is located at the top and is a great place to spend time. My family and I were extremely satisfied.

Stay clear if you want value for money
I have just returned from a weeks break at this hotel. Having read the reviews on TA i thought i had made a good choice. How wromg was i? First and foremost no customer care was on show here for the week we stayed. Miserable faced staff without even a good morning each day.
Breakfast was aimed at the european market and i get that and evening meal was served buffet style and luke warm at best with poor options.
Pudding options were two variations of what i can only describe as angel delight and a flavoured jelly of which had no taste.
Four of the evenings we ate out without even bothering to see what was on offer at the hotel. We were that sure it wouldnt be good.
Sunbeds were easy to access and the pool area was nicely kept athough the toilets near the pool were only cleaned once in our week stay.
The young girl at the pool bar worked hard every day and is a credit to her employer, its a shame the other staff dont follow her lead.
This hotel is the only accomodation in Greece i didnt mind coming home from and i have stayed at a few.
Unfortunately i wont return, my advice to Jet2 holidays would be not to sell this under your umbrella as i could see this causing them quite a few complaints.
I have nothing against eastern Europeans and Russian holiday makers but at this hotel these were rude and ignorant.
Plates were overflowing with food and left to be wasted, if your not going to eat it then dont stop other peole from having the option.
I even witnessed one lady at breakfast stealing two coffee cups and filling a large container full of pastries and biscuits.
I would also point out that there are no snack options between 10am and 7pm until the poor dinner option is served.
Maybe that was her excuse?
There are places to eat in town but that is a good fifteen minute walk away in the afternoon sun.
My advice UK holiday makers is stay clear and find a better hotel option.
I would love to go to Halkidiki again but i wouldnt choose this hotel.
Ps we booked HB and if we had paid anymore than we had i would i been very upset.
I will point out at the time we stayed AC and the safe were FOC and we booked a late check out for 30 Euros which was probably the only plus points of a dissapointing hotel experience.

Good location, great need for improvement
The hotel scores with its good location near the beach as well as its proximity to restaurants. The rooms are modernly furnished, but the bathroom lacks sufficient shelf space.
Unfortunately, the service leaves much to be desired. Throughout the entire stay, the room was not cleaned – only the trash was emptied. The beds were not made and towels were not changed.
The breakfast was also disappointing: limited selection, noisy breakfast room, no seating options outside, and available only from 8:00 AM. The friendly staff is one of the few positive aspects.
Overall, the hotel offers a good location but fails to meet expectations in service and breakfast.

Middle of the road hotel
This hotel does a lot of things right but needs improvement in a good few areas.
I've seen a lot of reviews saying grumpy staff. This was not our experience. The lifeguard does a fantastic job. The kitchen and bar staff work really hard and are lovely considering some of the rude behaviour they were subjected to. However, I did not have a Do not disturb sign in my room and went for a shower one day, while in the shower housekeeping knocked on my door. I shouted no thank you, no, not today but housekeeping still entered my room and only left as I started full volume screaming GO AWAY. When I reported this at reception the receptionist started laughing. As a woman on her own I did not find this funny and was disgusted at her laughing.
There is a reasonable choice at breakfast but they could really do with a toaster. I have never been to a hotel like this where there was no facility to make toast.
Dinner got very samey and the dessert options were not good. Just offering icecream as a dessert would help.
The rooms are a decent size but could do with more drawers for storage.
When you arrive good luck finding your room if you walk up the path on the right side of reception as there is minimal signage with room numbers. It's much clearer on the side with all the steps.
We will visit Hanioti again but won't stay at this hotel. Even if they sorted all these issues it's still on the wrong side of a busy road for us.

Tranquility with nearby nightlife option
We appreciated the hotel’s quiet surroundings but also being near enough to the town to enjoy bars and restaurants in the evening. It gave us the best of both worlds. Service was friendly, and the pool terrace was a favourite spot for a drink at dusk.
