Keep Away!
A. None cleaning:
• The basin in the bathroom dirty (fortunately I had read the recent reviews and carried cleaners)
• The sheets had stains and we never changed them. The towels haven't changed either.
• On the walls were spots of blood, apparently from killed mosquitoes
• The siphon of the non-existent shower, clogged with hairs and various others, so in the first shower flooded the bathroom and we forced towels to not flood the rest of the room
• They never came in to clean. However, outside of each room there was a complete set of vacuum cleaners, sponges, cube and strawberries, so the guest can carry out self room service
B. Room equipment:
• The sliding bathroom door was impossible to close from the inside... which meant you had to ask each time the other roommate to... help you from the outside
• The battery of the washer was rusted
• The "phone" of the shower was extremely old and dissolved that the water was thrown everywhere and from everywhere
• The balcony door was so old that in the attempt to close it almost left us one card in the hand. Also, you couldn't lock it and we stayed on the ground floor...
• In the kitchen there was a oven with eyes to cook, but without pots and other equipment
GARDEN:
Totally abandoned. A half-grated BBQ, careless lawn, untreated plants. A part of the garden had turned into a temporary garbage dump with piles of garbage bags, which were never removed, at least as long as we stayed!
POOL:
The water seemed clear as opposed to the bottom and perimetrically. Otherwise it was completely dissolved and unconserved:
• The perimeter well is old, worn-out and in many places its plastic grills dangerous rot
• The stairs are dangerous to enter – you come out and give the feeling that they are ready to drop
• The plastic tables dissolved. Rusty umbrella bases around the pool - dangerous spots for any injury
BEACH (no/not related to the photos):
• Linen and umbrellas extremely old, worn and torn
• Mountains of algae and the bad smell from sappila unbearable
MORNING
The morning is moderate but unfortunately impossible to sit in the outdoor dining room by the many carcasses there are.
THE SURPRISES CONTINUE EVEN AFTER OUR DEPARTURE
After our departure from the accommodation in the morning and after we had left the island of Corfu, in the noon there was an additional movement on my card from the accommodation with a charge of 150€. Communicating by phone to find out what had happened, to my great surprise I heard the employee on the phone accusing us with too much certainty that we had stolen the room floor and for this we were charged! In my attempt to reach an agreement through the telephone conversation, I was given no room and it was clear that this particular person was not competent to solve the issue. We contacted the accommodation management company again, in writing and by phone, asking to talk to a person in charge but there was no response. So, we made a written complaint to the local police department, to the Ionian Islands EOT and of course to Booking. Eventually, Booking returned the extra amount, which acknowledged that the property did not have such a right (it served us perfectly and quickly).

Misleading Listing – Disappointing Experience
This is false advertising and a complete waste of money. Extremely disappointed. Strangely enough this property has 10/10 review in booking.com app. And I booked it based on this. But it’s a total scam. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
