Amazing place and great host

We had a wonderful time as a family! The accommodation is perfectly located. Check-in went absolutely smoothly. The host was incredibly kind, helpful, and flexible regarding arrival times, and gave us great insider tips for the region. We will come back!

None, gloomy, view to a wall (instead of mountains as promised)

The room was small and gloomy, terrible walls. Looking outside was against a wall/stairs where you could hear everyone trampling up and down. Balcony door I could not leave open because everyone could come up these stairs. When I complained, Helena became very ugly. She wasn't willing to let me move out, but she had nothing to offer either. All in all, just cheeky. It spoils your holidays.

Aglaia Studios & Apartments : un hôtel à éviter absolument !

Je déconseille catégoriquement cet hôtel !
L’état réel des chambres est déplorable et ne correspond absolument pas aux photos présentées lors de la réservation. Dans notre chambre, les filtres de la climatisation étaient couverts de poussière, le réfrigérateur était sale, le bac à douche était endommagé et les conditions d’hygiène étaient globalement insatisfaisantes.
En raison de l’état inacceptable de la chambre, nous avons dû chercher un autre hôtel en urgence et consacrer plusieurs heures précieuses de nos vacances à notre déménagement.
Nous avons été particulièrement choqués par l’attitude totalement indifférente et non professionnelle du responsable. Il n’a même pas essayé de nous proposer une autre chambre ni de trouver une solution acceptable. Au contraire, il nous a déclaré : « Si cela ne vous plaît pas, quittez mon hôtel. »
Une telle attitude envers les clients est inadmissible. Au lieu de profiter de nos vacances, nous avons perdu du temps, subi beaucoup de stress et dû régler nous-mêmes le problème de notre relogement.
Je ne recommande Aglaia Studios & Apartments à personne.

Erst nett, danach das wahre Gesicht

Absolut nicht zu empfehlen, abgerockt, erst freundlich tuende Besitzer, die dann aber nach sehr kurzer Zeit ihr wahres Gesicht zeigen und total unfreundlich und unkooperativ sind. Hie sieht uns garantiert keiner wieder, wir sind dann auch sofort in ein anderes besseres Hotel umgezogen.

Kultururlaub

Sehr sauberes Apartment! Aglaia und Yannis sind super gastfreundlich! Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis finde ich perfekt!! Das Frühstück läßt keine Wünsche offen! Hier würde ich immer wieder gerne Urlaub machen!!
