Thưởng thức món ăn mang phong cách quốc tế tại Galaxy Stars, nhà hàng nhìn ra bãi biển có quang cảnh hồ bơi. Khách cũng có thể nghỉ lại trong phòng và dùng bữa với dịch vụ phòng (có giới hạn thời gian). Thư giãn bên những ly nước mát tại quán bar trên bãi biển, quầy bar bên hồ bơi hoặc một trong 3 quầy bar/khu lounge. Có nhiều dịch vụ, tiện ích dành cho khách, bao gồm dịch vụ giặt ủi/giặt khô, quầy tiếp tân phục vụ 24 giờ/ngày và nhân viên thông thạo nhiều ngôn ngữ. Great Holiday but few niggles
OK food was not too good so started to eat out, fish finger and puree carrots for lunch, or dinner choice rabbit, pork roll or fish but plenty salad and chips morning, noon and night or fried pots some days no puddings at all, when they did come out they were good some days you could find something which was nice. Drinks so watered down you might as well be drinking water day and night, but super market opposite so you could buy decent wine or beer [not the point when fully inclusive].
Lets mention pool lovely but so small with never any sunbeds available I only managed to get one once too many people for the size of pool unless you want to get up at 06.00 in morning but I didn't I am holiday,
Roof top bar beautiful had some good nights and wonderful views the only problem it shut at 11.00pm could have stayed open till Midnight which would have been perfect.
Overall would go back fantastic location, and want to say big thank you to all the lovely staff from cleaners, reception, bar staff made us feel very welcom.

Hotel could be more welcoming
I had contacted the hotel prior to our visit as I require gluten free food. I was informed that this wasn't a problem as everything would be labeled. It wasn't. The drinks were awful, not just unpalatable but horrendous. Even in the rooftop lounge we were served in plastic glasses. The entertainment was rubbish, so bad that we ventured out most evenings.

Relatively good stay but definitely some flaws
Decent swimming pools (main and a small children’s pool) and hotel is right on the beach. There is a couple kids play areas, website for the hotel could do with updating the photos as slightly different to what was there when we stayed. Rooftop bar was probably one of the best features - great view, mostly quiet and friendly barman. Entertainment was quite minimal (one Greek night, rest of the time it was just guitar/keyboard and vocals.) restaurant had a good range and selection of foods each night which was good - however there were at least 4 occasions when the restaurant didn’t open on time, two of these occasions we were stood outside on the lobby for 15 mins which was really poor with guests queuing. Servers friendly and efficient at meal times.
One very disappointing feature was the cocktail menu for all inclusive - this only had around 8 cocktails to choose from - other cocktails which I would view as standard for an all inclusive (such as mojito) were charged extra at €10 each. A pina colada which was included on the all inclusive menu - the mocktail version was charged at €7 which I think is really poor and leaves those who weren’t able to drink alcohol (like myself) unable to enjoy any type of mocktail as all I ended up having was a juice mixed with lemonade as my options….. I expect I much larger range of cocktails for an all inclusive.
Another downside is that although the hotel was on the beach with access to sunbeds, these beds were charged at €20-€25 per day for hotel guests. Again, I think this is really poor for an all inclusive where you are paying a decent amount to stay in a 4 star hotel to then have to pay more more for a beach sunbed for the actual hotel you are staying at.
Although some positives, I am quite disappointed with a few features and would not fully agree that this “4 star hotel” offers the all inclusive experience which I feel is standard and expected for an all inclusive holiday.
Local area was great, locals are super friendly and fun train picks up from outside the hotel to go to Zakynthos town. Plenty of trips to book as well.

DO NOT STAY!!
To begin with, the staff were incredibly rude upon our arrival, demanding that we sign a waiver with a very poor attitude. This immediately made us feel unwelcome.
After this, we went for lunch at around 2:15 pm. One of the hotel staff members came up to us and demanded that we arrive earlier next time, even though we had arrived before dinner had finished. This left us feeling uncomfortable within minutes of checking in.
On one of the days, I was woken up to multiple members of staff inside our room, with two female employees simply standing in the doorway. This should never happen in any hotel, let alone one advertised as 5-star. Furthermore, staff repeatedly opened and closed our room door throughout the morning while trying to speak to us, despite us being asleep. This resulted in a very disrupted night's sleep.
There were also no towels provided in our room upon arrival, forcing us to go to reception to ask for some. We were met with more rudeness and were simply told to "go up and find some." I'm not sure how this hotel has been awarded a 5-star rating, because based on our experience it was nowhere near that standard. It felt much closer to a 3-star hotel.
Nearly all of the staff were extremely rude throughout our stay, with the exception of the bartenders—Romeo, in particular, was friendly and welcoming. The night receptionist constantly gave us dirty looks whenever we walked through the hotel, which only added to the unpleasant atmosphere.
Overall, this was a very disappointing stay. The staff were consistently rude, the food was poor and repetitive, with almost the same meals being served every day, and the overall level of service fell far below what you would expect from a 5-star hotel. I would strongly recommend staying elsewhere.
