Easy holiday with everything close

We stayed at Majestic for a week and it made the whole trip very easy. The beach was close, bars and shops were nearby, and we didn’t need taxis most nights. The room was clean every day, air conditioning worked well, and the pool area was a nice place to recover after late nights. Good value for Laganas.

Nothing majestic about it!

This is not a 4 star hotel, maybe a 2 star.
Room needs upgrade, fridge not working. Food was mediocre at best.
Catering staff serving were most miserable unfriendly people ever. Bar staff were good during the day. Pool area good with plenty loungers.
No entertainment.
Would not recommend this hotel and would never return here.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

This is possible the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It is far from a 4* all inclusive more like a 1*. The staff on arrival couldn’t seem less interested and didn’t even inform of dinner times or check out times or any hotel information for the stay. Bar staff rude however the cleaning ladies were polite.
The all inclusive consists of 4 drinks choices behind the bar, pre made slushie style cocktails and a snack bar that suits a 5 year old. The main meals we re heated the next day and in a 4 night stay we ate at the restaurant the first evening but found the food inedible.
The swimming pool has green around the outside and not once in 6 days did I see a pool cleaner.
The spa is not a spa. Love holidays promote this hotel and stay as something that it is not, unless you are an 18 year old boy that enjoys water football I wouldn’t bother.

You never approached the reception or the hotel management to report the issues you have cited above. We host thousands of guests throughout the season, and it is entirely natural to occasionally encounter a dissatisfied guest who was not fully pleased with the amenities our hotel offers.

Good food and no stress

The all-inclusive option was very convenient for us. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and drinks were all easy to access, so we didn’t have to think too much about where to eat every day. The food was simple but satisfying, with enough variety. For the price we paid, it felt like a very fair deal.

awful would never go back

food was disgusting and didn’t cater for the amount of English people in the hotel. drinks come out of a fizzy bottle, however the lids were left off them all day so was all flat.the room was meant to be cleaned daily however we were there for two weeks and only got cleaned three times. cleanliness over the whole hotel was shocking. There was all sticky marks along the corridors that were left for at least five days before getting cleaned. The main downstairs toilets to the hotel male and female had no locks on and we’re flooded all the time making it slippy. there was only one staff member out of the whole hotel that spoke English so when getting drinks at the bar, it was hard as they only spoke Greek. and majority of the staff were rude. we also asked them to call us a taxi and they provided us with the most expensive one. He wanted €70 to take us to the waterpark and back.

The food is incredibly fresh,well cooked,and offers a huge variety.Guests can help themselves to as much as they like from the buffet without restriction.Regarding drinks even with high consumption supplies are replenished every 10 minutes,so your claim is false.Rooms are cleaned daily,and bed linen and towels are changed every second day. Guests may request an extra change of linens for an additional fee.The corridors on each floor are cleaned daily,should any wear or damage caused by a guest necessitate repainting,such work cannot be carried out while guests are moving about the hotel. Staff members who interact with guests speak fluent English,and there has never been a complaint of this nature in the past.As the accommodation provider,we assisted you by calling a taxi to your chosen destination. Regarding the charge you mentioned,our establishment bears no responsibility whatsoever.
