Good
Hotel is in ideal location, 2 minutes from beach. 10 min to lively strip, 30 minx to airport Staff are lovely, they never stop. We went to the beach everyday as gets really busy around pool. Some beds are 25 some 20! Only negatives are hotel is bit dated & food is ok but very repetitive. If they updated would be amazing. Bars are always very busy & close at 11pm which is a shame, cocktails are very sweet & spirits are not great. We bought our own bottles. Would highly recommend boat trips to see turtles, book on the app cheaper than rep! We had issues with cleaner not changing sheets & towels but we just asked reception. It’s 5 per day tax, 15 for WiFi & aircon. I would go back if they updated hotel. Wouldn’t advise older ones/families to go in peak times as full of young ones for the party strip! Fati does entertainment, fire show bingo disco karaoke. Girl who does massages but be aware I’ve got a back full of bruises, she’s very heavy handed!!

A Place That Truly Feels Like Home ⭐
This was my 14th stay at Poseidon Beach Hotel in the last six years, and that alone says everything. Every time I arrive, it feels like coming home to family.
The location is absolutely perfect – only about 10 minutes from the airport, and the hotel is directly on the beach. The warm welcome from reception, the bar staff, the housekeeping team, and everyone else makes every stay special.
The entertainment is fantastic. Fati does an amazing job with shows, bingo, and karaoke in the evenings, while the daytime activities are fun without ever being intrusive. The beach massage is an absolute must – so relaxing that I booked one every other day during my 10-day holiday!
The food is varied, and the drinks are good. Of course, this isn’t a luxury five-star resort, but it offers excellent value for money and everything you need for a wonderful holiday.
The hotel is perfect for families, couples, and groups of friends. If you’re looking for nightlife, the famous Laganas Strip with its clubs and bars is only a 10–15 minute walk away. The best part is that you can enjoy all the nightlife whenever you want, while the hotel itself remains peaceful and quiet, so your holiday is never disturbed by the party atmosphere.
For a more relaxed evening, there are lovely beach bars nearby where you can enjoy a cocktail right by the sea. You can also book fantastic boat trips to the Keri Caves and Turtle Island directly from the beach, rent a paddleboard or pedal boat, or hire a car just around the corner to explore the beautiful island of Zakynthos.

Your kindness, warmth, and hospitality are the reason I keep coming back year after year. You don’t just make guests feel welcome – you make them feel at home.

Love it here
Good bar, the food it could be better. We like pool . The beach is warm always. Amazing people all around . Love the greek people. Love it here

first family holiday
first family holidays, the hotel itself amazing as it's directly by the beach. amazing staff. love the breakfast there. nice evening entertainment, always fun, we love the fire show by Fati. sunbeds always around all the hotel.

Great hotel
Visited with my wife and 13 year old daughter for 10 days at the Hotel Poseidon beach and would definitely go back.
We were located in the apartments directly across the road. Excellent room. Massive bathroom with a really good shower. Yes you pay extra for the Aircon but it's worth it. Room was cleaned daily. Fresh towels etc
As for the hotel itself we were more than satisfied with the quality of the food. Plenty of choice for breakfast lunch and dinner. It does get crowded but we always managed to find a table.
We tended to sit in the lounge after the evening meal rather than go down to the pool bar so can't really comment on the entertainment. It's also the best time to walk into town due to the daytime heat. Lovely stroll along the beach or through the streets.
The pool was great, admittedly on the small side but the beach is a minute walk away and wonderful. My wife went down at 8am most days to grab a couple of sun loungers and usually got them.
I can't fault the staff. Hard working and friendly. Always find that if you treat people with respect you'll get it back.
Laganas is a party town. Lots of youngsters out enjoying themselves. You do hear loud music at times. If this is going to bother you then book another part of the island.
There are plenty of shops nearby and one right next to our block selling all the essentials.
