Great place where to stay
Panos was very helpful and friendly during our stay. We got an apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and a big balcony. The apartment and all surrounding areas were clean. There was a well-maintained swimming pool with enough sunbeds, and free bikes were available. There were plenty of parking spaces for the apartments. It was about a 5-minute ride to the center of Lefkada, with good connections to the west coast, full of beautiful beaches.

Simply fabulous
Andreas' villa is nothing short of stunning.
Simple but clean rooms, kitchen with every tool available and fabulous pool.
The best part of the holiday was coming home in the evening and relaxing in the private pool.
It should be kept secret to ensure that no one knows about it and that it is always available.

This is the fourth time I have come to Mr. Panos and that says everything about my satisfaction with this villa. I don't know what I would prefer, perfect hygiene, excellent accommodation or the kindness of Panos.

Lovely place to stay
This was a lovely stay! The man was very helpful and friendly during our stay, there were bikes to borrow and fantastic facilities in the room - a fully kitted out kitchen with many appliances. Was about a 20 mins walk to Lefkada centre. It was tranquil and quiet, particularly the pool which we had to ourselves the whole trip! We thoroughly enjoyed the holiday here, would recommend to anyone!

Disabled room
We were so disappointed with our visit. After contacting the owner regarding wheelchair access and stating we were 100% reliant on the chair...we were told access was easy. Sorry we didnt find this at all. On arrival the owner suggested two entrances to our appt, one through the bedroom one up 2 steps through a service door. We thought we would try access through the bedroom...after moving furniture we realised that the radiator behind the door wouldn't allow the wheelchair to fit through! Good job we had transfer boards to use as a ramp to get in. If the owner states wheelchair friendly please ignore ..we were treated as second class guests and other than his money no other thought was given to our needs. In the description it states every room has a view of the Ionion sea...we had a view of a scrap yard from our room!! There are no local facilities to wander out to for a drink or meal. In our opinion the property is in a poor residential area out of Lefkas Town. We booked for 4 nights and stayed 1. We are English people who have lived in Greece for 11 years and have stayed in many places but have never left after 1 night before....we will never go back.

What you'll find here is honest hospitality from people who genuinely love this island and want you to love it too. The property sits in one of Lefkada's most peaceful spots, yet everything is within easy reach — Agios Ioannis beach and the town centre are both 1.5 km away, the port is 2.5 km, and Preveza Airport is a 27 km drive. A gentle sea breeze finds its way here almost every day, making even the hottest afternoons feel easier. We have eight apartments across three types — studios for couples or small groups, a family studio, and spacious two-room apartments — all designed for a relaxed, self-catering stay. Every apartment has a balcony with sea views or a patio with pool views, a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, a Nespresso machine, and TV. Linen and towels are changed every third day, and a free baby cot is available on request. The heart of the property is the swimming pool, around it you'll find sun loungers, a shaded outdoor sitting area, a barbecue, and a garden where you can genuinely switch off. Free bicycles are available for guests who want to explore the surrounding area at their own pace, and free private parking is on site for those arriving by car. Agios Ioannis beach — one of Greece's top kitesurfing and windsurfing spots — is a short walk or cycle away, with its iconic windmills and long stretch of sandy coastline. Lefkada town's tavernas, cafés, and market are equally close. For those wanting to explore further, the island's most famous beaches — Porto Katsiki, Egremni, Kathisma — are all within easy driving distance.
