It resembles a lost place... TERRIBLE

We were there in May 2026; we had traveled a lot on a low budget and did not expect much for the money, but to have no expectations and still be disappointed is difficult, yet this hotel managed to do it. The hotel and the grounds resemble a lost place. When we first entered, we thought we were in the wrong place and had entered a hotel that had been abandoned for years, but unfortunately, we were right. The hotel requires a 50 euro deposit. I really wonder for what, there is nothing that is not broken. When we entered our room, there was already a pipe burst in the bathroom. The bathroom was flooded. We reported it at the reception, but we were told that nothing could be done at the moment (around 5 PM) because the janitor had already gone home. We could not get a new room and were told to wait until the next day. Around 1 AM, we noticed that the pipe burst had become so severe that water was dripping down the walls and splashing several meters away... boiling hot water was coming out, making our room and the bathroom feel like a sauna. The expected help in the morning also did not arrive. When we returned around noon, there was still no repair. We had to first take videos of it and show them at the reception in order to be prioritized. Then someone came, but our clothes, bed linens, everything was already soaked. The humidity just would not go away. Fortunately, I had already contacted customer service in the morning, and they also tried to reach the hotel. Also without success. We were then accommodated by weloveholiday the same day in a much better hotel. During the early check-out, they actually asked why But we were able to check out without much drama. Furthermore, the facility is really 98% closed. There is trash everywhere, broken equipment, broken floorboards, tiles lying around. Everything is overgrown there. Beds are rock hard and sagging, no curtains, doors are drafty, the toilet was so tilted that the seat was on your back because you had to bend down while sitting on the toilet, very noisy, dirty, simply dreadful. Unacceptable. Like in an abandoned hotel. Even for the little money, this hotel is not worth it. We were shocked. The pictures that are online during booking absolutely do not match the condition of this dreadful hotel. I will add the pictures taken on site to the application. See for yourself, no one wants to vacation there. No matter how cheap. Just trust me, you will be disappointed.

Disappointed

Absolutely not what is advertised!
Rooms are smelly and stuffy,aircon costs 7.50 euros per day and barely made a difference
Bathroom was disgusting!! Toilet kept breaking. yes they did fix it 4 times but seemed to get annoyed when we reported it.
Saying that it was cheap and you get what you pay for I was just furiouse at the false advertisement pictures
Why is the allowed?

Disappointing

The hotel staff were absolutely lovely until the morning of our checkout and we realised the cleaner had mistakenly thrown away a bag containing my passport. The staff did absolutely nothing for us except ring an overpriced taxi to the nearest police station (we didn’t even need to go there to apply for an emergency travel document). The staff then ignored us for the whole day and made us feel like an inconvenience because we had asked for compensation for the passport, to which we got one night free stay in the most horrendously hot room with air con that wouldn’t even blow a piece of tissue over. The experience was lively up until the last day where it tarnished the whole holiday. Hide your stuff!!! So upsetting as we had spent a lot of money at the pool to then be treated like we were worthless.

Don't do that!!

Small dirty bathroom
No seating area
Dirty mattresses
Dirty swimming pool
Sober breakfast..no choice...the same every day and served.
Flonders with holes..for June 1 no beach beds...no menu.
Dirty air conditioning and then also for a fee. So I didn't do it.
Not recommended as a couple.
Many English holidaymakers..who are n very noisy also in the middle of the night...lots of mosquitoes..no WiFi in the room...where you did not want to stay...certain places only available..

Avoid

I must say I enjoy a cheap deal and never complain but this place is certainly at the bottom of the pile when it comes to bad experiences.
Breakfast was pre made for you 2 cheap pieces of bread everyday.
No water some mornings.
No health and safety the place is half built, it’s dangerous and an accident waiting to happen.
Staff ok as long as you are spending in the bar.
Avoid this place if you want peace, lots of young Greek and Italian men between 18 to 22 crowding young women around the pool.
Bar man put this base music on after 2 that will eventually give you a brain ache!
I booked for a month because of the gym advertised got there last 9 days it was that bad.
I love a cheap deal so I’m not one to make bad reviews but if you want a nice holiday avoid this place it’s really bad!!!
