Excellent accommodation, magnificent view and very relaxing environment.

Beautiful accommodation, clean and quiet, ideal even for the most demanding! It is the beginning or the end of our holidays for the last 4 years! Wonderful hostess, with beautiful taste and fully equipped rooms.
The balcony... I have no words!
Pet friendly too. See you next year again!

Excellent!

Beautiful location, really quiet. Very good breakfast: fresh orange juice, eggs, own baked cakes. Staff is very friendly, helpful and we had a very warm welcome. Hospitality is top! Room is clean and the vieuw is fantastic!

Excellent Hospitality

The landscape is magnificent! Nearby, there are nice and lonely beaches. You should visit the traditional greek Tavern " Tseligkas".
Our guesthouse was cozy and the Kapetanios family was lovely! Arxontoula and the boys were amazing.

Hidden gem !!! Top of it's kind !!!

Visited for one day early september. Warm welcome by a very nice lady .. gets better .. she showed to our studio. . very comfy , very clean , warm and everything while .. but when we went out at the balcony that was really something else .. amazing open view of the whole aegean sea to be enjoyed by chilling on a fantastic exterior couch .. attention to detail, amazing location ... Thanks a lot miss Archontoula for the beautiful day we had ! Will definitely be visiting again

heaven on earth

Located in one of the most beautiful and pure areas of Greece , Frictories is a place to call home. In front of the sea, with an astonishing view , we enjoyed our most relaxing holidays ever. It's a family business-that doesn't feel like "business" at all, it's more like being invited to a friend's summer house. The friendly family who runs the place is more than welcome to show all the hidden gems of the area (thank you so much for showing us that "Buffalo" beach!)and suggest the best restaurants. Thank you for everything, we can't wait to come back (hmm maybe Spetember?) xxx
