Great location
Perfect location 100 meters from the village within walking distance. Daily cleaning of the apartment with linen change. Room no. 1 equipped with 2 bedrooms with air conditioning in the room and television in each room. Wifi working, hot water always present and abundant, all very clean. Room n. 1 has a balcony on the street exposed to the sun in the afternoon. Possibility of dining for 4 people on the balcony. Common area at the large entrance and reserved parking in front of the house. Very friendly staff.

Disappointing experience
I would like to share my experience staying at Giannoulis Hotel in Milos.
The day before my arrival, I received a WhatsApp message asking for my arrival time and requesting a copy of my ID, which I assumed was intended to make the check-in process smoother. During the conversation, I was repeatedly asked to confirm my arrival time. Since I was arriving by ferry, I informed them that I expected to arrive between 12:00 and 12:30 p.m.
I arrived at the hotel at 12:15 p.m., only to find that my room was not ready. In fact, it had not even been cleaned yet. The manager told me it would take another 30 minutes. I was then informed that the room was finally ready.
Unfortunately, as soon as I entered the room, it was obvious that the bathroom had not been properly cleaned. There was hair in the shower, the bathroom floor was wet and dirty, and the dirt had spread onto the bedroom floor, where we also found hair.
I went back to reception, but the manager was no longer there. Instead, I spoke with an employee named Jude, who was extremely kind and professional. She sincerely apologised, immediately offered to clean the room again, and personally checked that everything had been properly taken care of afterwards. She was, without a doubt, the only positive aspect of our stay.
The room also included what was advertised as a fully equipped kitchenette. However, despite having basic kitchen facilities, there were no cutlery items provided at all, making it impossible to use the kitchenette properly.
Another issue was the blackout curtains. They barely blocked any light. As a result, it was almost impossible to sleep once the sun came up, which significantly affected our comfort during the stay.
Overall, the experience was very disappointing. At check-in, we were not welcomed with any useful information or recommendations about the island. At check-out, no one asked whether we had enjoyed our stay or if everything had been resolved. The manager did not even come to reception to speak with us. Instead, she spoke to us from the upper floor without making the effort to come downstairs, apologise, or ask whether we had had a pleasant stay.
The lack of cleanliness and the overall lack of customer service made this a very disappointing experience. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel based on the experience we had.

AVOID - CANCELLED BY THEM WITH NO NOTICE
AVOID!!!! If I could give it zero stars I would. We were already in the ferry to Milos from Athens when the hotel decided to cancel our booking due to a supposedly double booking. We had booked our two bedroom apartment months ago. We were so disgusted and then suddenly had to panic book somewhere else. Luckily we were travelling off peak. If this had been later in the season we probably would not have found anywhere else to stay at such short notice. Dont risk your holiday by booking this hotel. They didn’t even have the courtesy to contact us directly. We just received notification via booking.com.

A very pleasant stay!
We had a 4 person apartment at ground floor which was tidy, spankingly clean (as all the hotel), spacious and nicely decorated, with a sizeable terrace.
The owner and her cousin were excellent hosts (we still remember the home-made halva treat!), thank you so much for everything!
Location was great for our teenager children to be able to reach the port, where all the action is on foot in less than 5'. At the same time, as the hotel is situated on the main street leading to the Chora, there was a lot of traffic and noise during most time of the day. I have to say, though, the double layered windows, once closed, would leave 100% of this noise outside.
Parking is limited though, after all, it proved enough. If I had to write something, I would say the bathroom is a tad small and could use a renovation, as it seems somewhat out of touch with the rest of the apartment, which looks very fresh!
All in all, a very pleasant stay and great value for money, we would certainly visit again!

Nice apartment but close to main road
We had a nice 2 bedroom appartement with a kitchenette and bathroom. It was nicely equipped and clean. Dimitis welcomed us warmly and gave us useful tips. We were however disappointed as the apartment is next to the only main road in Adamas, which was quite busy, thus we could not use the terrace! On the other side it is very close to the port which is convenient! One has to balance advantages over disadvantages... at least you are aware!!
